California Attorney Greg Glaser, a major player in the current “California Health Freedom” effort, was able to “view” the entire trial on MicroSoft TEAMS.  The general public could only “listen.”

Below I will give you a link to the original article.  But before I do I am going to explain something legally technical used by Attorney Rick Jaffe in Stoller’s Defense.  Something I know a whole lot about because I was part of the very effective 2004 “Health Freedom” team that got this legislation done to specifically protect doctors like Ken Stoller.

When you read down further you are going to wonder how we got the California Medical Board to actually sponsor this legislation (smile).  But, that another story.  In a different time and a different place…

Part Four of the BolenReport’s “California is Ground Zero” series…

I am watching the “Anti-Vaxxer” Movement operate all across America and I am very pleased.  I am seeing stumbling, bumbling, fall-down-and start-over, groups and mini-groups, look carefully at what is going on in US healthcare, get up once again, and go forward with a brand new attack, inching incrementally towards victory, teaching themselves, and their others, how to defeat what HAD appeared to be an insurmountable enemy.

I sit here like a proud parent of an infant, watching the determination of that youngster, dirty diapers and all, teaching itself the coordination to walk, embedding the moves necessary to operate into their psyche.  With their eye on where they are going.

I am watching the evolution of a brand new, up-to-date, Health Freedom Movement…

I am impressed.  This one is going to be bigger than the last one, and its opportunities to affect change are almost endless.  Currently called the “Anti-Vaxxer” Movement it is anything but something that simple.  It is a true Health Freedom Movement and it is headed for immense success…

California is the key battleground.  Why?  For several reasons, the primary of which, is the simple fact that it was the emerging “Anti-Vaxxer” Movement’s first big DEFEAT.  Not only a major DEFEAT, but a resounding walloping.  From that walloping grew a national, and international, anger, and a switch in the way the emerging “Anti-Vaxxer” Movement operated.

Yes, California has the worst homeless problem in the history of America.  Yes, there are human feces and needles all over the streets of San Francisco.  Yes, California has the highest taxes of any State in the Union. Yes, gasoline costs at least twice as much as any other State.  Yes, vehicle and license fees are, in some instances, ten times that of neighboring States.

Yes, the crazies block fresh water from the Sierra snow melt from flowing to farmers and inland small towns, forcing the water to flow into the Pacific Ocean.  Yes, Los Angeles County showed that 139% of their actually registered voters voted in election 2016.  Yes, the enviro-crazies mis-managed California’s forests causing RAGING INFERNO fires during fire season.

Yes, California created its own eight year drought by criss-crossing California’s skies with chemtrails creating CONSTANT high pressure areas so that it would not rain – so as to destroy California’s farm produce industry.

I could write ten paragraphs describing the California Liberal Democratic Party’s abuse of the California citizenry.  I wonder sometimes if the entire California legislature has simply been over-vaccinated – and THAT would explain their inability to think, and act, in a logical manner.

But the issue that REALLY stands out is the California government’s absolute abuse of children.

VAXXED II – A Saturday Night in Modesto…

Last Saturday night I made the hour drive to Modesto, California, a city in the Central Valley.  I was looking forward to the opportunity to meet face to face with VAXXED II director, Brian Burrowes, as well as reconnect with producer Polly Tommey, for whom I’d also written for her magazine, Autism File.

It’s a strange situation in which we find ourselves, parents of vaccine-injured children, simultaneously angry about what’s happened in our society, and yet hopeful that we might spark a movement for unimaginable change.

I can’t get to many of these events given the severity of the problems with my daughter, and so I do what I can, typing out articles in which I try to say something new.  I must confess I often feel a sense of loneliness, as if I’m somewhere remote, wondering if there are other human beings out there who will hear me.

Then I have the experience of going to the event, as I did last Saturday, seeing many people getting things set up, introducing myself with just my first name, telling them how great it is that they’ve put the event together, when suddenly they look at me and say…

Analysis Part Two – The GOOD And The BAD of Today’s “Anti-Vax” Movement…

“What Can We, As the Anti-Vax Movement, SPECIFICALLY DO to WIN the Vaccine War?”

Considering the ACTUAL situation I am going to lay out a simple course of action that involves a simple strategy and even simpler tactics.

Will this strategy, and the individual tactics work?  Absolutely.  Why?  Because the “Ant-Vax” Movement is ALMOST there.

Considering that there are literally millions of people in the world-wide “Anti-Vax” Movement  HOW will this solution work?   It will work BECAUSE there ARE so many of us.

When someone like me (a Crisis Management Consultant) designs a campaign the VERY FIRST consideration is “What is the makeup of our own fighting force?”  For instance, in a war, if the enemy has a huge Navy, and we don’t, we are NOT going to engage in a naval war.  We are going to arrange a different battlefield – one where WE have the advantage.

What is OUR advantage?  Sheer numbers of REALLY PISSED OFF activists that are smart, innovative people.  People who are DONE being nice.  We have people who are trained to address legislators, and the media, NICELY, and we have those who, like the liberals do, can SPIT on legislators and the media, screaming at them, if we have to.  And we have those who know how to get the public’s attention – as you will see demonstrated below.

We have SO MANY people we can conduct simultaneous projects at locations thousands of miles apart that have seemingly entirely different focuses.  Why do that?  Because our opposition is made up entirely of mercenaries who have to get permission, Instructions, funding, and training from “Pro-Vax” Central before they even put on their silk panties first thing in the morning.

What will we accomplish?  Further down in this article I discuss two areas in conducting campaigns that are MISSING in the “Anti-Vax” Movement – “Strategies and Tactics” and “Mission Statements” and “Objectives.”

In short, the “Anti-Vax” movement is SO BIG that there has not been an attempt to properly organize it.  My tactic, as a people mover, has been to just let it run – for the anger build, and the result of that, is a strategy and tactic all of its own.

Using the sheer numbers…

One of the things we learned from earlier “Anti-Vax” campaigns was that our opposition is not that large and has to use tricks to seem large and scary.  On the other hand the “Anti-Vax” Movement REALLY IS large and scary – which is why Big Pharma went to the World Health Organization (WHO) and to US Democratic Party legislator Adam Schiff, (laugh here) to ask for help in desperation.

300(?) “Skeptics” between internet forays…

What we found is that the internet trolls that hide on our discussion groups are but a few.  What they do is to create “sock-puppets,” perhaps as many as 300 each, to make it appear that MANY others support their argument, when, in fact, NO ONE actually does.

But, the “Anti-Vax” Movement caught on to that crap quickly.  And countered.

But let’s talk about how to use those sheer numbers…

There are ONLY three viewpoints about the Vaccine Programs on Planet Earth…

 (1)  The huge, and ever growing, “Anti-Vax” Movement – is made up of people who think about things and make up their minds about issues based on facts and reality.  They are people who have done their homework.  They are people who look their Pediatrician, or their politician, in the eye and say “YOU are beginning to piss me off, buster…”  They sound, and act, like angry Americans.

(2)  The “Pro-Vax” Mercenaries – Those who’s very financial existence depends upon them promoting the great vaccine lie:   like Pediatricians,  “Public Health” workers, and “Astro-Turf” organizations. 

These are people that connect themselves to the “Progressive” wing of the Democratic Party.  They are very often government employees who have no morality what-so-ever.  They are almost never family members. Few, if any, have children of their own.  Secular Humanism will be their guidance mechanism.  Several of their leaders have  recently been connected to child pornography.  Some of those are people who get government, or Big Pharma Grants, to argue the pro-vax position.

(3)  The biggest group – Normal, non-involved people who mistakenly believe that their government, their “Public Health,” and their scientific/academic community have their best interests at heart. 

These are the people who, almost suddenly, become part of the “Anti-Vax” Community after their beloved child gets a nine vaccine combo from their white-coated-Mercedes-driving Pediatrician.  Their beloved child turns into a screaming, high-fevered, clearly suffering, defenseless little one who will, from that pediatric moment on,  need constant 24 hour-per-day care.

It is a simple situation…

It is the classic battle between Good and Evil.

Activism is an art.  It is not something that comes naturally to people.  It is a skill that’s taught, passed on from generation to generation so to speak.  The hardest thing to learn, and hence to teach, is the formation of a “Strategy.”  It takes a certain way of thinking, of planning and analysis of a problem.  It is very hard to get beginning activist groups organized into an effective fighting force.  But you can…

You just have to have a starting point…

When I was watching the 2015 SB 277 debacle in California, the counter moves against SB277, the Mandatory Vaccines for children legislation, I was absolutely appalled at the outright STUPIDITY of the anti-SB277 campaign.  These brainless twits had decided, somewhere along the line that “They won’t respect us if we say that vaccines are dangerous, blah, blah, blah.”  So, they came up with a different campaign basis.  One that will go down in history as the dumbest of the dumb campaigns of all time.  Their campaign premise:

“We know that vaccines are safe and effective (sniff, sniff) we just want personal choice (whimper, whimper).“

And they put on pretty dresses and went to meetings.  New shoes and a matching purse were far more important than Goals and Objectives. The California legislators patted them on their heads, and sent them home with a note for their parents that said:

“vaccinate your children honey, or we are not going to let your special little child go to our public schools…”

Politically these naive nitwits deserved what they got.  The disdain they were served was very warranted, for they were the dumbest of the dumb, the easiest manipulated of the easiest manipulated. .  All throughout the campaign questions were raised by parents involved, about the validity of that weak message.  What happened to those raising the alarm?  They were “banned.”

From my vantage point, and my experience as a campaigner, it became very clear that the “anti-vaxxer” movement of that day NEEDED to take this hard loss – for there was no way to save the situation.  The “Sacramento Girls” had bought more pretty new dresses to wear, and flower petals to strew,  to the next useless rally…

And then they DID lose…

SB 277 passed easily.  Shock of shocks.  And it was time for re-grouping.  Everyone in the world saw what happened next.  The anger generated from that loss was the biggest incentive to the enlargement of an activist movement I have ever seen.  Best though, was the sift from the sniffing and whining of “we know that vaccines are safe and effective (sniff, sniff)” to the absolute OUTRAGE we see today.  Where the old “Anti-Vaxxer” movement maybe had 30,000 activists world-wide, practically overnight it grew to tens of millions of seriously pissed off people.

Pissed off?  Oh yeah.  And not just at the Richard Pans of the world.  Pissed off at the pretty-dress-wearing blithering idiots that blocked them from using the right message during the SB 277 counter campaign.  The message that basically says:

“There is ABSOLUTELY no question that vaccines damage children – THEY DO. Every time.  It is just an order of magnitude.  A parent can choose to damage their child a little or a lot – but with vaccines there is ALWAYS damage. The more vaccines the more damage.  Read the package inserts and choose how much damage you want to inflict on your child.” 

And the shift towards successful activism had begun.

I want people to know that many of us at BolenReport consider ourselves former Kennedy Democrats.  We believe in civil rights, economic progress, and a robust defense of freedom.

It used to be that many elements of the democratic party stood for the same thing.  However, Trump has made many former democrats think that their party has forgotten about them, just as Reagan did in the 1980s.

I can genuinely sympathize with those who have criticized the Republican Party for being in the pocket of corporations, polluters, as well as the elites.  However, a faction of the Republicans have broken away from these failed policies of the past and embraced the populist platform of Trump.

Whether one accepts this new reality or not, it is true, and must be said…

The democrats of today have embraced the hysteria of Russian collusion, actively engage in criminal acts of treason by wanting to use the 25th Amendment to remove a sitting President with whom they disagree, and when all of that fails, they turn to their next target, the small band of incredibly brave parents whose children have suffered vaccine damage.

In the upside down world in which we currently live, parents who attack the corporate power of pharmaceutical companies who have purchased complete financial immunity for their products, and fund the mainstream media, are painted as enemies of democracy.

Look no further for evidence of this truth then the recent letter sent by Congressman Adam Schiff to Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook.

California Senator Richard Pan Claims That Raising a “Vaccine Injured Child” Is a “White Privilege”…

Dicky Pan is NOT Someone To Envy…

Admittedly there was a time when the name of California Senator Richard Pan created fear in the hearts of parents of vaccine-damaged children, for Mrs Pan’s little boy Dicky seemed to be the brilliant architect of “Childhood Mandatory Vaccines” with the passing of California’s SB277.

But, the passing of time showed three things:  (1)  Dicky Pan was just the figurehead in SB277.  The real work was done in the background with Big Pharma lobbyists stuffing baglets of hundred dollar bills into California Democratic Party legislators’ pockets, (2)  SB277 itself completely failed to increase vaccine rates in California, and (3)  Dicky Pan is DESPERATELY trying to hide SB277’s lack of success.

It is hard, sometimes, to find humor in the fight between the  sleazy pro-vaccine “Vaccine Holocaust Deniers,” and the heroic anti-vaxxers dedicated to saving the world from the ravages of Big Pharma.  But, then there is Dicky Pan, standing right in front of us providing comic relief.

California State Senator Richard Pan has made himself the butt of jokes world-wide – not something one wants to do.

Pan is the kind of person, these days, who worries that when someone pats him on the back, even another California legislator, he has to check to see if that person left a “kick me” sign taped to his shirt.  Why?  The reasons are legion.  And he brought it all on himself.  Do NOT feel sorry for him.

Dicky Pan brought the infamous SB277, the Childhood Mandatory Vaccine legislation to the easily-swayed, ultra-liberal, California legislature, and, with the help of a  boatload of lobbyists stuffing hundred dollar bills into Democratic Party legislators pockets, got it passed.

Although Dicky, and his minions, make claims of success for SB277, it was a cataclysmic failure on all fronts…

As we know, from yesterday’s article “Official Analysis Shows – California SB277 FAILED…” absolutely NOTHING was accomplished by SB277 to increase vaccination rates.

More importantly the ANGER and RAGE created over the passing of SB277 has dominated vaccine discussion world-wide – in EVERY language.  SB277 back-fired big time for Big Pharma.  Dicky Pan, and SB277, became a HUGE liability for Big Pharma…

Everyone in the civilized world knows about the huge fight over California Mandatory Vaccine Law SB277 requiring school children to get 74 “Made in China” vaccines injected into their fragile bodies before they are allowed to go to California Public Schools.  Vaccine damaged (Special Education) children litter the school landscape, nearly breaking the budget of Public Education.

But what virtually NO ONE knows is that an official study was done to determine the extent of success of SB277 in terms of improving vaccination rates – its intended focus.

Below we will show you what that study ACTUALLY found – and show you Richard Pan, and the pediatrician gang’s efforts to COVER UP those findings.

But, first some background…

SB277 was a  HUGE VICTORY for Big Pharma and its minions.  The legislation passed through the California legislature like prune juice in a Retirement Home – ending in a similar result.  Vaccine Holocaust Denialists smacked their lips in anticipation of enacting similar legislation in all 50 States…

But in THAT sense, despite massive funding from Big Pharma, and massive attention from liberal Democrats nationwide, no other State enacted anything close.  Why?

Because, overnight, after SB 277, the “Anti-Vaccine Movement” grew into a MASSIVE worldwide movement…

Rage over SB277 was everywhere.  Without doubt anti-vaxxers elected Donald Trump in Presidential Election 2016.

“Empress Hillary” made it VERY clear that when she was President, under her regime, EVERY man, woman and child in America would be force-vaccinated according to CDC guidelines.  Trump had simply said “No.”

And the war was on…

In 2018 mainstream America the word “California” is used sneeringly.  It evokes the thought that the State of California is a haven for political Marxists, Alinsky-ites, full-on-Communists, America-Haters, Totalitarian-Regimists, Politically-Correct-Analists, and whack-jobs in general.  And there are plenty of reasons for America to think so.

I mean, really…

California’s, San Francisco (go ahead and sneer) is “Needle Central,” given it’s name from the simple fact that San Francisco’s Elitist Ruling Class decided that the solution to SF’s MASSIVE drug problem is to issue free needles – 450,000 a year I’m told, to SF’s junkies.

Their thinking?  (Play Twilight Zone music here) “Hey, the problem is not the heroin or the Fentanyl from China being imported over the border between the US and Mexico – it’s the fact that the junkies might use the same needle and pass on an infection…”

Yup – liberal thinking.

Now, don’t laugh, now they’re going to fund “Sanctuary City – Safe Spaces” where the junkies can go to get clean needles to inject their heroin and Fentanyl on site without those pesky law enforcement officers watching them..

Right now, of course, San Francisco’s streets, and massive transit systems are literally covered in used needles, and, of course HUMAN FECES.

Yup, those liberals sure know how to run a society (sarcasm intended).

Del:  I want to bring on Brian Hooker, who is going to talk about a study I think is phenomenal.  Because one of the things we talk about, as Senator Pan pointed out, and the study from the sheepherders in England, was only of high-functioning Asperger’s people.  So I guess they found a bunch of lawyers and bankers who were awkward in public and said, “See!  They’re on the autism spectrum!  It’s always been here!”

But the truth is, what kind of autism are we talking about?  I think one of the things that has been fascinating to watch over time is “autism really was something you were born with.  It’s genetic, you have it from the moment you’re born.  That’s how genes work.” 

And so autism was described as the result of refrigerator mothers, we didn’t know why the babies never made eye contact, they weren’t involved with the parents.  They were distant.  We blamed it on mothers not giving enough love to their babies.  And so it was just this failure to thrive diagnosis.

But then what’s fascinating is over time we started hearing in the late 1980s and 1990s, we started hearing people describe something different.  “My child was perfectly healthy and in fact was off the chart on their APGAR scores.  But then all of a sudden something happened and they lost the ability to walk.  Lost the ability to talk.  For a long time we were refusing to even call that autism.”

But now you watch pharma get involved and our health departments get involved and they’ve changed the definition.

Del:  I am not here to hoodwink you.  I do not want you taking my word for it.  I want to teach you how to read.  I want to teach you where to find the studies.  I want you to teach you how to get back to actual critical thinking.  So that maybe someday you’ll say, “You know what, Del, I think you were wrong on that.”  That would be great if you could find me being wrong anywhere, go ahead, write in.  Put it in your comments right now.  I dare you.  Everything we talk about is backed by published science in public journals.  That’s what the High Wire is all about.

So speaking about vaccine dangers, or special education, which is one of the things that is growing at the exact same time we’re watching vaccines increase, we’re watching it increase in our special needs population.  Well in California back on February 28, our education committee in the Senate got together to discuss this very issue of an exploding population of special education needs.

Part 1 – I open this series with what was without a doubt the most exciting news from Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

Del says:  Here is what took place.  Bobby Kennedy and I, and a group of people, as I pointed out, went to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to meet.  It was set up by Donald Trump.  We had the opportunity to talk to the heads of our health departments and explain what issues we had.

We looked into the eyes of these people, staring right into their eyes, and they had no response to the lack of safety testing, to the fact that they don’t have a surveillance system,  to the fact that their own surveillance system that we’re talking about, capturing adverse vaccine events, is in their own words, unreliable, because it only captures less than 1% of the total injuries.

There were 59,711 reported injuries in 2016.  So, if we’re to take HHS’ 1 % word for it, the people we were sitting across the table from, that means there could have been 5.9 million vaccine injuries in America in one year alone.

Does that mean the 432 deaths that were reported become 43,200 deaths?  These were the conversations Bobby Kennedy and our team were having as we left that meeting.  How do we trust Health and Human Services?

Californians – Vote for Travis Allen on Tuesday!

To my California readers, you need to strike a world-wide blow for health freedom this Tuesday, June 5, 2018.

I have long said that pharma has completely corrupted the democratic party, and has effectively corrupted most of the republican party.

There is a wing of the republican party, the classic liberals who believe that freedom and transparency is the key to human progress, which is the best hope for the truth to be revealed about human health.

I remind you again of Travis Allen’s own words from March 14, 2018 on the terrible mandatory childhood vaccination law, SB 277, in California.

“This whole nonsense about having to give your kid seventy-nine different vaccines to get into school is absolute nonsense.  I have legislation coming up about that in a couple weeks.”

I’m a huge opponent of SB 277 and you will see legislation from me during the next week or so about the vaccine situation. [Assembly bills 2832 and 2668]  We’re all vaccinated, right?  I got like fourteen vaccinations.  California’s immunization rate was over 90% before Dr. Pan’s terrible law.  Now kids have like seventy-seven vaccines, some of them are nineteen in one day.  We don’t know what these vaccines are doing.  Autism is now off the charts and they recently found out there’s elevated levels of aluminum in a lot of these kids’ brains.  You want to talk about science?  I have a scientific problem with that.

We believe in science, but we don’t believe in unproven science.  This unproven science of seventy-nine vaccines, or however many are on the list.  And by the way, with that new law they can add as many new vaccines as they want, and we have no choice about it.”

Get on the Travis Train!

On June 5, 2018 the citizens of California have a chance to shock the world. 

They can give Travis Allen the votes he needs to face off against presumed front-runner, democrat, Gavin Newsom, in November.

Travis Allen has shown he understands the issues which are important to the health freedom community.  I can not underestimate the importance of this stance.  If we don’t get the health issues right, nothing else matters.  We need to be healthy in order to have a robust and informed political debate.

I am convinced that hope exists for this potential outcome.  Let me tell you why.

About a week ago, signs started appearing around my small town for the upcoming primary election.  I was pleased to see the signs for Travis Allen were plentiful.  I did not see ANY signs for John Cox, the other Republican in the race who has received the endorsement of President Donald Trump.

Yes, I will say it: President Trump endorsed the WRONG candidate for governor in California.

The passing of Mandatory Childhood Vaccine legislation (SB277) in California was a Watershed Moment in time.

“Watershed Moment – A point in time when nothing after will ever be the same as before.”

To struggling parents in California the passing of SB277 was a disaster in more ways than one.  But to others outside of “The People’s Republic of California” SB277 was an early wake-up call, shifting their life priorities – forcing them to get involved with their own State political structure RIGHT NOW – which they did, shutting down similar legislation in their own States with ease.

California, it turns out, was, and is, its own pile of corruption.  Although the anti-SB277 strategy and tactics was HORRIBLE, run by organizational nitwits (but nicely dressed), the primary reason they lost, I think, was that they used FaceBook as their organizational tool – and I am about to tell you why that was a VERY BAD THING…

Is Senator Richard Pan the Democratic Party’s Dream Candidate to Face President Trump in 2020?

You have to admit that State Senator Richard Pan of California might just be the ideal Democratic Party dream choice to take on President Trump in 2020.

When somebody once famously said that “politics is like Hollywood for ugly people” they hadn’t even met Senator Pan.  A true Nostradamus.

And as for being fit?  Well, he ran away from the questions of Del Bigtree, producer of the film, VAXXED: From Cover-up to Catastrophe, so quickly that he might have set a world record for pharma-financed politicians.  And it’s a pretty large field.

And like all good Democrats these days, he knows BETTER THAN YOU DO ABOUT HOW TO LIVE YOUR LIFE.

Now I grew up in California and have nothing but affection for the hippie, Buddhist liberals of my youth.  They were full of love and curiosity and wanting to be good to the planet, and it was hard not to be drawn to them.  Yes, they could be naive at times, like little children, but they weren’t dangerous.  You couldn’t help but love them.

Today’s modern liberals, especially those of the California variety are a whole different ball game.  Instead of peace and love there is hate and the black-masked thugs of AntiFa.  Maybe I’m getting old, but I don’t recognize these people as liberals, regardless of what they may call themselves.

But back to Senator Pan, the Democratic Dream Candidate to take on President Trump in 2020.
