Del Bigtree’s Master Class on Vaccines and Autism – Part 1…
On Thursday, July 12, 2018, Del Bigtree’s show, High-Wire, gave a master class on vaccines and autism, featuring some of the most exciting news we have heard in YEARS. The link to the show is below.
I have broken the two hour show down into a several part article as there was so much news I didn’t want anybody to miss it.
At the bottom of this article there is a request that you contact the White House with the information we are providing, and ask the president to act immediately. Let’s start a fire…
Part 1 – I open this series with what was without a doubt the most exciting news from Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.
Del says: Here is what took place. Bobby Kennedy and I, and a group of people, as I pointed out, went to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to meet. It was set up by Donald Trump. We had the opportunity to talk to the heads of our health departments and explain what issues we had.
We looked into the eyes of these people, staring right into their eyes, and they had no response to the lack of safety testing, to the fact that they don’t have a surveillance system, to the fact that their own surveillance system that we’re talking about, capturing adverse vaccine events, is in their own words, unreliable, because it only captures less than 1% of the total injuries.
There were 59,711 reported injuries in 2016. So, if we’re to take HHS’ 1 % word for it, the people we were sitting across the table from, that means there could have been 5.9 million vaccine injuries in America in one year alone.
Does that mean the 432 deaths that were reported become 43,200 deaths? These were the conversations Bobby Kennedy and our team were having as we left that meeting. How do we trust Health and Human Services?
And why does it matter?
The truth is it wouldn’t matter if this was like any other product in the world. If it was a car seat or an airbag, or a drug, we would simply have a tort law system where my child got injured, I saw it with my own eyes, and I’m going to sue your ass off. And because I can sue your ass off, you’re going to make a better product.
That’s how this world works.
For everybody out there, that’s why this used to be a great country. Your product hurts me, I sue you, you lose money, therefore you go back to the drawing board and make a better product. The only problem is that in 1986 we passed the Vaccine Injury Compensation Act, often referred to as VICA.
What this did is it changed vaccines into a product like nothing else in this country. A product that cannot be sued.
Why did we do it? Because they were getting sued so often. They were losing so much money from people whose children were dying or were being incapacitated by vaccines that they blackmailed Ronald Reagan and said “We are going to stop making all vaccines unless you protect us from all these lawsuits because it’s getting really hard to make the billions of dollars we want to make in this business.”
So Ronald Reagan reticently signed the 1986 act.
But here’s the deal. Ronald Reagan and the Congress of the United States recognized that this was really a problematic decision. Why? Because you were taking away the market-driven incentive to make a better product. To make a safer product. To continue evolving your science like every other science in the world. This one would stagnate. This one would go nowhere.
So what did they do? They said, okay, since we know the pharmaceutical industry is not going to evolve their product to do the proper safety testing since they won’t have to. They have no liability whatsoever, so we’re going to make sure that Health and Human Services, the mother ship over CDC, FDA, NIH and HRSA.
So, they run the whole thing.
In the “1986 Act” it clearly lays out that HHS is supposed to be putting a task force together at the National Institute of Health that is going to constantly going to be making better vaccines and HHS is going to oversee studies and testing because they have two jobs. Not just to end infectious disease, but to also end vaccine injury.
In the general it says this, “In the administration of this part, and other pertinent laws under the jurisdiction of the Secretary, this Secretary shall promote the development of childhood vaccines that result in fewer and less serious adverse reactions than those in the market on December 22, 1987 and promote the refinement of such vaccines.”
Also, “make or insure improvements in and otherwise use the authority of the secretary with respect to the licensing, manufacturing, processing, testing, labeling, warning, use instructions, distribution, storage, administration, field surveillance, adverse reaction reporting, and recall of reactegenetic lots , or batches of vaccines, or research on vaccines in order to reduce the risk of adverse reactions to vaccines.”
And lastly, HHS must report on this so we can stay on top of it.
“Within two years after this signing declaration on December 22, 1987, and periodically thereafter, the Secretary shall transmit to the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives, and the Committee on Labor and Human Resources of the United States Senate, a report describing the actions taken pursuant to section A during the preceding two year period.”
Every two years HHS is supposed to be doing all of those things.
Surveilling and looking at licensing and testing and safety and all of this. They’re the only ones doing it. Pharma doesn’t have to, no liability.
Here’s the lawsuit.
(Holding up the document.) We had a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request from my non-profit, ICAN (Informed Consent Action Network). We submitted a FOIA request, simply looking for any sort of documents relating to the work done by HHS pursuant to this mandate by the 1986 law that would show us the work on surveillance, the work on safety testing they’ve done, and all of those.
We wanted to see every two year report they gave Congress since 1987, thirty years ago.
We wanted to see thirty years of reports, that they were required to provide every two years to Congress to show they were making vaccines safer. Well, they didn’t respond. We sent it over a year ago. They were supposed to respond in twenty days. A month later there was no response.
We kept saying, are you going to respond?
A couple months later they didn’t respond. So then we said we were going to get upset and we may even decide to file a case if you don’t respond to us. That was like six months.
Finally, we decided to have a law suit.
A very simple lawsuit. The lawsuit simply wanted to find out if and what you said every two years, and what you did. This was the whole thing. It lays out how after our meeting with HHS we were concerned. It lays out there being three ways that they can respond.
First, they can give us what we asked for in our FOIA request, all of the documents showing us the safety work on vaccines and the surveillance work and everything.
Second, or give us a credible explanation of why you can’t give that to us.
Third, tell us you don’t have anything and you have not done your job.
It went all the way to court.
And they decided to settle. This is called a court ordered stipulation. At the end of it they say “The department’s search for records did not locate any records responsive to your request. The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Immediate Office of the Secretary (IOS) conducted a thorough search of its document tracking system and the Department also conducted a comprehensive review of all relevant indexes of HHS Secretarial correspondence records maintained at federal record centers that remain in the custody of HHS. These searches did not locate records responsive to your request, or indicate that records responsive to your request and in the custody of HHS are located at federal records center.”
We got nothing! Zero! Zilch!
They pushed back, they didn’t even want to put this in writing. And it’s signed for Informed Consent Action Network at the every end, yours truly, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. One of the great environmental attorneys of our time, helped me with this lawsuit and now we have HHS admitting right here, just like we’ve been reporting to you since the beginning of High-Wire, HHS has shirked its duty to make your vaccines safer.
Meaning, nobody is doing the safety testing.
If HHS isn’t doing it, which they admitted here, nobody is. And the Congress hasn’t even demanded to see this report they’re supposed to be seeing every two years.
Well, Bobby Kennedy is in the middle of a case up in San Francisco, so we pre-taped an interview with him. Take a look.
PRE-TAPED INTERVIEW:
Del: Hey, Bobby, I want to thank you for joining us. I know you’re in the middle of a court case in San Francisco. So really quickly, what are you doing in San Francisco?
Robert Kennedy, Jr.: We’re arguing the first of several thousand cases against Monsanto, the chemical manufacturer and company, alleging that its blockbuster herbicide, Round-Up, causes non-Hodgkins lymphoma in home gardeners and farmers and people who are exposed to it. The first case involves a young man named Dwayne Johnson, who was the groundskeeper at a school and who used Round-Up extensively and is now terminally ill with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
We have several thousand clients and all of them are suffering from non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma which the science is now established that says Round-Up causes non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
Del: Wow.
Robert Kennedy, Jr.: I think it’s about a thirty day jury trial and we’re supposed to be here until August 10.
Del: This is one of the reasons why this is first time I’m getting to congratulate you on what we’ve just achieved by this order in the court of HHS, signing off on our request to show whether or not they are actually doing the safety studies that they are required to do by the 1986 act.
But you’re so busy, I think I’m busy, but you may be one of the busiest human beings in the world. So anyway, congratulations.
What I want to ask, Bobby, though, is people will say, what’s the big deal? Health and Human Services signed some agreement through a court order, stating that they have no records of ever having referenced health and safety of vaccines to Congress. So Bobby, what is the big deal?
Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.: Here’s the background, Del. When Congress gave economic immunity to the pharmaceutical industry for manufacturing and administering vaccines in 1986, they were removing any kind of economic incentive for those companies t actually maintain or improve, or guarantee the safety of vaccines. Every other product has an incentive to make their product safe from manufacturing defects because they know they can get sued by people who are injured.
In this case, that check and balance was being removed.
So Congress, in order to remedy that gaping hole in economic incentives assigned specifically to HHS the obligation to make sure vaccines were safe. And one of the key parts of that obligation, and this is all in the 1986 act, one of the key parts of that obligation was a mandate that every two years that HHS makes a safety profile of the vaccines it has approved, and that it informs Congress what it has done during those past two years to improve vaccine safety.
And we couldn’t find any record of any of those reports over the past 32 years. So we sued HHS, we filed a FOIA request, they did not provide any documents, we sued them and they have now admitted they have never done any of that testing and they have never filed any of those reports. And really, Del, what it shows is the lackadaisical, cavalier, casual attitude of HHS has towards vaccine safety.
As you know, the vaccine industry and the cartel has done an extraordinary job of kind of disabling all of the institutions in a democratic society that are intended to protect little children from greedy corporations.
They have turned the regulatory agencies, FDA, HHS, and CDC into sock puppets and disabled Congress. They’re now the biggest lobbying contributor to Congress. They’ve disabled the press by becoming essentially the biggest advertiser on the press. They’ve disabled lawyers and the courts through VICA, which makes it illegal to sue a vaccine company, regardless of how grievous your injury, no matter how sloppy or toxic the ingredients are of those vaccines.
All those institutions that would normally protect a victim, a child, no longer exist. And the only thing that’s left over is HHS’s scrutiny and vigilance. And we absolutely rely on that and what HHS has admitted here is that there is no scrutiny. There is no vigilance. And of the course, the gravamen of their strategy is to make sure the vaccines are never safety tested. Most Americans don’t understand that.
Prior to being licensed, every other pharmaceutical drug and product has to go through rigorous, randomized, double-blind, placebo testing.
Vaccines alone are immune from that.
So instead of five years tests with true placebos, vaccines sometimes get only a few hours of safety testing or a few days.
And of course, that’s not long enough to spot the injuries with long incubation periods like autism, like ADHD, food allergies, auto-immune diseases. Nobody could contend that you would see those injuries in a test that only lasts for four days. You give an injection and you stop looking after the fourth day. And if the baby has a seizure on the fifth day, or they get an auto-immune disease three years later, or they’re diagnosed with autism four years later, essentially that never happens.
What HHS’s job has been is supposedly to test and develop a profile on those vaccines and report to the public and what we found is that in over thirty years they’ve never done it a single time.
Del: Bobby, you and I travel the country and talk about this, but we had the opportunity to meet with the head of the National Institutes of Health, luminaries of HHS, CDC, FDA, to present all of the things that you’re discussing. In fact, it’s when we started talking about whether we might need to FOIA whether they’re doing their job at all, that’s was set up by Donald Trump.
And everywhere I go, people always ask, that was a great meeting, I think we pointed out the flaws, we continue to go around the country showing everybody exactly the points we made directly to the faces of the people who are causing this problem.
But the question is, where is Donald Trump? Are you still working with Donald Trump? We all saw you step in front of the cameras of CNN and say “I’m going to be heading a Vaccine Safety Commission.” Where is that at? Where is Donald Trump? Is he continuing to help? Or what’s the truth right now?
Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.: The White House, almost a year ago, cut off all communication with me and our community. So Donald Trump during the election said things that were very encouraging and inspired a lot of hope, particularly with the parents of vaccine-injured kids, the mothers of the intellectually-disabled children who believe it was vaccines that caused their child’s injury.
And there are a lot of those people out there and they are very active and intense political community and Donald Trump won them over with his statements during that campaign. After that campaign he asked me to run a Vaccine Safety Commission, but I think immediately he got blow-back from the pharmaceutical industry and we’ve seen the steps this administration has taken since that day, which is essentially to put pharmaceutical industry shills in charge of HHS and CDC and FDA and the other agencies which regulate vaccinations.
To cut off communication with our community. And I think a lot of people who worked very hard for the President in that election now feel very let down and betrayed.
Del: Do you think that, obviously you sat across from him in Trump Towers, you made these points. But it’s one thing to make these points and have speculation, we now have proof.
Is it time to get back in front of Donald Trump
…and say we have proof that the only government agencies that are going to protect us, the only place where safety studies are going to be done, have just admitted they are not doing their job?
Do you think this is time to reinvigorate this dialog with Donald Trump?
Or, what are our marching orders? Or, is it time to repeal the Vaccine Injury Compensation Act? Where do we go from here, Bobby?
Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.: I don’t think that fact that now we have this settlement in a lawsuit from HHS that has admitted it’s not doing the things it was Congressionally mandated to do in order to protect vaccine safety supply, although it would be devastating in most circumstances, and cataclysmic for most agencies, I don’t think with this particular administration that it’s going to make any difference.
We showed the proof to the President of the epidemic of chronic diseases is being caused by vaccines and that there is no safety testing, no genuine safety testing that takes place for any of the licensed vaccines in this country. And that alone, for somebody who cares about children, or the expenditures we’re being forced to make, over a trillion dollars a year now, because of the epidemic of chronic diseases in the vaccine generation that was born after 1989 when the vaccine schedule exploded, is bankrupting our national health care system.
All of those things are very, very compelling evidence that the President had before him long ago, and I think this administration has made the decision that the pharmaceutical companies are a more important constituency than the children who are being injured by vaccines.
Del: But Bobby, outside of politics, and I say this all the time, this has blown up my politics. Obviously, you come from one of the greatest democratic families, what hope do we have? It seemed like Trump wasn’t owned to begin with. I know this isn’t technically a partisan issue, but it feels like, and you are one of the world’s greatest environmentalists.
Why are we having such a hard time getting through to environmentalists
…when they’re admitting that autism appears to be an environmental issue? That it clearly is an environmental issue and while their may be some genetic disposition, but what is more environmental than injecting toxins in children’s bodies?
Who do we have to get to, Bobby?
Why are we getting shut out on all sides? Where are the environmentalists?
Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.: That’s a good question and the answer is the pharmaceutical cartel has been very, very adept at erecting vaccines as an almost religious orthodoxy. And they’ve been able to capture the agencies, the press, the mechanisms that are normally supposed to protect us in a democracy, including a lot of the advocacy community. I think those of us who care about this issue are on our own.
But we have a lot of other mechanisms
…and a lot of other mechanisms that we are now developing, including a number of legal approaches like this. And this is the first in a barrage of legal approaches that we’ve devised, legal strategies that we believe will ultimately bring support to the parents, protect these children, and bring justice to the families of those who have been injured.
Del: Bobby, it’s such an honor to work with you on this front. This is just the very first case, the very first step in moving towards the things we are working on behind the scenes.
Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.: You know, and I know, that we haven’t been able to talk about our legal strategies, but we now have a lot of different arrows in our quiver and this is the first one and it hit home and we expect the other ones to make a larger and larger and larger impression as we go. I’m very encouraged about our future.

The “DEEP STATE” Has Defied Five Presidents When It Comes to Protecting Our Children…
It has been 31 years since the law was enacted, and it has been 31 years of no required vaccine safety activity.

(1) Read the lawsuit admission by DHHS that they knowingly are ignoring their obligations under the 1986 Act. Order DHHS to IMMEDIATELY comply with the law.
(2) Order the DHHS inspector General to Immediately investigate why and how the NIH failed to comply with the law for 31 years.
(3) Put the “Vaccine Safety Commission” in place, with Bobbie Kennedy Jr as its chairman….
(4) Ask President Trump to Tweet the news that, for 31 years, DHHS has not done its job to insure vaccine safety.

Kent: This is powerful stuff. We will not be getting action from this, or any, administration. We now live in a totalitarian state (good reading: John W. Whitehead’s “A Government of Wolves”). It will be attorneys and judges who understand their role and the meaning of justice who will force their hand. Actually, i see some very positive forward movement with Del and Bobbie’s actions here.
Why? Because just a few years ago some of the signatories to Del’s original letter (Canary Party, Health Choice) were living in the world of “we know that vaccines are safe and effective (sniff, sniff), we just want personal choice (whimper, whimper).”
These people ran the entire “Anti-SB277” California campaign with that premise – and, of course, they lost.
So, actually setting their minds to the simple fact that vaccines are “not safe” is a huge step. Five more years and they might even begin to approach the idea that vaccines are “not effective,” too. Think of that!
Personally, though, i like Trump’s approach to the vaccine problem – literally CRUSH the vaccine producers (Big Pharma), and their “Deep State” benefactors…
Then we tell the Pharma survivors which food line to stand in.

There are an amazing number of MDs in congress.. 17 in the House, and 3 in the Senate… of which SEN RAND PAUL has been most active in EFFECTIVELY coming up with ways to solve the health care problems with respect for individual freedom and rights…

What RFK Jr. revealed is a serious violation of Congressional intent. The President is mandated by the Constitution to “take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed.” Every President since Reagan has failed to do so. What will Trump do?
It is time to sue under the First Amendment challenging the constitutionality of the 1986 law, which unconstitutionally abrogated our right to petition the courts for redress for vaccine injuries!
Further, without the Govt obeying the reporting and safety provisions of the 1986 law, how can any vaccine mandate survive judicial challenge.
Either the 1986 law is unconstitutional or all vaccine mandates are unlawful… or both!

Just heard on the BBC news that President Trump has been advocating nuclear disarmament to President Putin, in Helsinki. Perhaps when he’s achieved that he’ll get on with fixing the vaccine holocaust. Priorities, friends!
This revelation is earth shaking. Here it is all folks for all to see and to hear. Any more denial? it’is all admitted. How about expanding the law regarding FOIA. If you have to go to court to get the information you are entitled to, the govt. has to pay 100% of your legal costs. This was in the works in Texas a few years back. It would benefit a large number of classes of people.

I’d say a new petition along the lines of the thrust of this article would be in order. Also, since the Amish children / adults don’t seem to suffer from autism — why not find a way to get them to teach the other health care providers how it’s done? Perhaps a little old-fashioned evangelism is just what this movement needs, especially when so many citizens are being thoroughly marinated in the modern EMF radiation that the Amish steadfastly try to avoid!

Many here need to reread RFK’s comments again. Trump is not going to help anyone. He cut off contact more than a year ago. He has stuffed all of the agencies with Big Pharma hacks. He hasn’t even done anything of substance on reducing pharma prices. And he is filling the courts with conservative judges who prefer corporations over people. As RFK said, we all are on our own.
So, what can be done? RFK is filing cases in the correct venues so he can pile up wins and help people. My mother was killed by Monsanto at age 47 decades ago by workplace exposure to PCBs. They are now in every piece of fish you eat and impossible to remove from the environment. PCBs are banned and must be stored like radiation. Now we have the Roundup deaths. Very sorry to hear Roundup causes cancer. The court should rule in the victims’ favor. Hopefully, next, RFK can tackle the California forced-vaccination law.
Aside from the courts, which Trump is weakening daily, is the work Del Bigtree is doing of spreading the word. I also suggest getting important staffers of senators like Kamala Harris to read Suzanne Humphries’ book, “Dissolving Illusions.” Also important journalists. Once you get those on board who believe in facts, the word will spread.
There’s no way at this time we can stop the manufacture of vaccines. However, we must work on the exemption and stopping schools and other groups from requiring them. Education, education, education of the facts.

Don’t insult our reading ability, we fully understand the situation, which apparently you fail to remember, that Trump said fully acknowledging the ‘deplorable’s role, that he depended on OUR getting forward on these agendas that he acknowledges are genuine. In fact look at this from a logical viewpoint of a leader… he has Bobby Jr on his side and has full confidence in his abilities to battle evil in the courts with his stellar research and arguing skills. I think we need to flood the whitehouse with this information and ask what they are going to do about it and the response we get will determine who we vote for in 2020.
