Let me confess my bias right at the start…
I believe the pharmaceutical companies are best described as a criminal cabal which have inflicted unbelievable suffering on humanity.
However, I’m not sure my cheerful approach will carry the day. Which begs the question, how do we win?
For several months I have become convinced that something BIG is happening behind the scenes. And it’s going to be GREAT for all of us. It is best described as soft disclosures, rather than HARD DISCLOSURES ABOUT EVIL AND CORRUPTION.
Here are five stories from the past two weeks which highlight what I think is a growing trend of soft disclosures about how we really get to good health.
(1) January 31, 2018 – Cancer Cure?
Researchers at Stanford University found that “injecting minute amounts of two immune-stimulating agents directly into solid tumors in mice can eliminate all traces of cancer in the animals, including distant, untreated metastases.” (Cancer ‘Vaccine’ Eliminates Tumors in Mice, News Center, Stanford Medicine) Yes, I know, they called it a “vaccine.” It’s about as far from a vaccine as it’s possible to get. However, they could’ve called it a rainbow unicorn for all I care.
Here’s a little more from the article. “The researchers believe the local application of very small amounts of the agents could serve as a rapid an relatively inexpensive cancer therapy that is unlikely to cause the adverse side effects often seen with body-wide immune stimulation. ‘When we use these two agents together, we see the elimination of tumors all over the body,‘ said Ronald Levy, MD professor of oncology.
This approach is simply getting the body to do what it needs to do. It’s not the cut, kill and poison approach of traditional cancer therapy.
(2) February 6, 2018 – Inflammation Off-Switch?
From Australia (a country from which I am banned until at least 2020) comes this breaking news. “A discovery by Queensland scientists could be the key to stopping damage caused by uncontrolled inflammation in a range of common diseases including liver disease, Alzheimer’s and gout. University of Queensland researchers have uncovered how an inflammation process automatically switches off in healthy cells, and are now investigating ways to stop it manually when it goes awry.” (Scientists Discover Off-Switch for ‘Molecular Machine’ Active in Many Diseases, Science Daily.)
As Dr. Kate Schroder explained about these inflammatory protein complexes, “These complexes form when an infection, injury or other disturbance is detected by the immune system, and they send messages to immune cells to tell them to respond. If the disturbance can’t be cleared, such as in the case of amyloid plaques in Alzheimer’s, these molecular machines continue to fire, resulting in neurodegenerative damage from the sustained inflammation.”
This is some very powerful research. Turn off the inflammation and let the body heal itself. Sounds good to me.
(3) February 7, 2018 – Alleviate Diabetes
Another finding from Australia. “Concentrations of CoQ 10 were found to be lower in insulin resistant body fat and muscle tissue. When the researchers replenished CoQ, insulin resistance or pre-diabetes was reversed.” (Simple Molecule Could Prevent, Alleviate Pre-Diabetes, Science Daily)
Co-author Daniel Fazakereley from the University of Sydney explained, “CoQ is found in mitochondria, the power plants in the cells of our body, where it is required for the flow of electricity to the cell’s ‘motor’ which is responsible for energy production . . . Importantly, by replenishing CoQ in mitochondria, either in cells or in animals, we were able to restore ‘normal’ mitochondrial antioxidants and reverse insulin resistance.”
The authors note that many oral CoQ 10 supplements are poorly absorbed, but finding formulations which are well-absorbed (IVs?) may easily remedy this problem. Sounds like a game-changer to me.
(4) February 12, 2018 – Fix Damaged Nerves
From Cincinnati Children’s Hospital comes revolutionary research showing that nerves damaged by auto-immune disease, once thought permanently damaged, can be fixed.
“The peripheral nervous system relays signals from the brain and spinal cord (the central nervous system) to limbs and organs. HDAC3 is an enzyme found in humans and mice. Its usual job in peripheral nerve formation is to act as a molecular brake on the production of the myeline coating by Schwann cells . . . Researchers carefully times their targeted treatments when inhibiting HDAC3, treating the mouse models of nerve injury only during a critical phase of nerve regeneration. This resulted in the right amount of re-myelination to restore normal function in the animals.” (Experimental Therapy Restores Nerve Insulation Damaged by Disease, Science Daily.)
Does any of this research strike other people as showing a fundamental respect for how the body heals itself, and working in accordance with those principles?
(5) February 14, 2018 – Reverse Alzheimer’s
This is research from the prestigious Cleveland Clinic.
“One of the earliest events in Alzheimer’s disease is an abnormal build-up of beta-amyloid peptide, which can form large, amyloid plaques in the brain and disrupt the function of neuronal synapses.” The researchers theorized that inhibiting a certain enzyme (BACE-1) might get rid of the plaques and bred some mice to develop Alzheimer’s at approximately 75 days old. “Remarkably, however, the plaques began to disappear as the mice continued to age and lose BACE-1 activity, until, at 10 months old, the mice had no plaques in their brain at all.” (Alzheimer’s Disease Reversed in Mouse Model, Science Daily)
It was also shown that the learning and memory of the mice improved.
I really don’t think this is a case of me seeing the silver lining in a dark cloud. I think this is evidence that something powerful is burning away those dark clouds.
STAY TUNED . . . I THINK IT’S GOING TO GET INTERESTING.
The book is co-authored with Judy Mikovits PhD. It is an indictment of the “Fake Science” we find so prevalent in the US.
