The US “quackbuster” operation, suffers humiliation almost daily these days.  When you listen to their leadership discuss this problem they inevitably blame one person for their woes – scientist, and author, Hulda Regehr Clark PhD.

76 year-old Clark, an independent scientific researcher and author of six best-selling books on health care and what’s wrong with it, is clearly the most hated person in quackbusterland.  Why?  Is it because they can’t beat her down, can’t stop the sale of her books, can’t have her imprisoned, can’t destroy her reputation, can’t frighten her into submission, and can’t destroy her work through innuendo and smear tactics?  Continue reading Quackbuster Assaults:  Clark, the One that Worked in Reverse…

FTC Vindicates Hulda Clark…. 

Research Scientist Hulda Clark, quietly this last weekend, attended the American College for Advancement of Medicine (ACAM) meeting in San Diego, California.  I was there also.  It was a superb meeting.

If there was a quiet smile on Hulda Clark’s face, and there was, it was for two reasons:  (1) because her attorney, Carlos Negrete, had just informed her that the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Commissioners had signed a settlement agreement over an internet website issue involving Clark’s name. Hulda Regehr Clark began her studies in biology at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada, where she was awarded the Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, and the Master of Arts, with High Honors.

After two years of study at McGill University, she attended the University of Minnesota, studying biophysics and cell physiology. She received her Doctorate degree in physiology in 1958.

Hell Burns a Little Brighter This Week…

Self-styled quackbuster, and anti-health manipulator, Victor Herbert died of Cancer November 19th, 2002.  Herbert, described by many in the Health Freedom Movement as “a raving maniac” hasn’t been seen much in the last few years.  Herbert had obtained notoriety among the quackbuster rank and file for his literal SCREAMING attacks, in public, against anything, and anybody, engaged in Alternative Medicine.

The San Diego Union Tribune, kissing Big Pharma’s ass, wrote a nasty article about Hulda Clark.  Just below is Clark’s attorney’s response to that article.

As you are aware, our office represents Dr. Hulda Clark, Century Nutrition S. Der.L.DE.C.V., and New Century Press.

This letter is written in response to the article entitled “The 95 percent Promise?” and the article entitled “High Hopes, False Promises” written by Penni Crabtree and Sandra Dibble, with contribution from Michelle Gilchrist and published on February 24 and 25, 2002, respectively.

California Senate passes “Cancer Reform Bill” UNANIMOUSLY…

The California State Senate, fed up with low quality “Standard of Practice” health care in the state, Friday, June 1, 2000, passed a Cancer Reform Bill sponsored by California Citizens For Health, and backed, not surprisingly, by the California Medical Association (CMA).

The bill eliminates the requirement in California that all cancer treatment be “limited to chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery.” Health Activists predict the death of the cancer chemotherapy, and the cancer radiation mega-industries in the U.S.. Hulda Clark Campaign In High Gear…

UPDATE – Hulda Clark gets two major awards.

Last week was an important week in the Clark campaign. Dr. Hulda Clark, PHD, received two major awards, one from an International Scientific organization, the other from a national self-styled consumer advocate group. Both groups apparently placed her as a world renowned humanitarian, a forward thinking scientist, and a hero in the health world.

THE FIRST AWARD, given at the tenth annual forum of the International Association of New Science at Fort Collins, Colorado was a serious peer affirmation of her work. Sponsored at the forum, by a former Apollo Astronaut and a co-founder of the Peace Corps, Dr. Clark delivered a speech and conducted a workshop to a standing-room-only crowd.
