We Were All Supposed to Be Nice and Polite While They Spewed HATRED In our Faces…
Those Days Are OVER…
Opinion by “Deplorable” Consumer Advocate Tim Bolen
In Presidential Election 2016 we the American people were subjected to the reality of Main Stream Media (MSM). We saw what they offered, and almost en-masse, rejected them. Despite their massive propaganda campaign, and it was ONLY that, we elected our own President Donald J. Trump.
What did “We the People” see? The reality of what they are – a self-appointed elite with delusions of grandeur, and a sense of special privilege. In their eyes the rules of society, and in fact, the laws of society, do not apply to them. Virtually every one of them sees their role like each of them were, and are, one more Hillary or Bill Clinton entitled to the pleasures, and privileges, of the moment, including special trips, if they want, on the “Lolita Express.”
It was such fun to channel surf on the night of November 8th, 2016 just to watch the absolute SHOCK on the haughty MSM talking head’s faces, seeing their reaction to America’s rejection of their self-assigned status.
Then, of course, MSM, as spoiled children are accustomed to do, began their nightly caterwauling, in essence, laying on the floor in a restaurant, kicking their feet like an un-slapped progeny of an infrequent liberal coupling, irritating all of us trying to down some lunch so we can get back to work in a real job – in a REAL America.
We, as Americans are wont to do, remained somewhat tolerant of screamy/screechy bad-smelling liberal media’s behavior, letting them steam in their own juices, as it were, learning from our shunning, what their REAL place is in our society.
But, as MSM are accustomed to doing, they kept up their behavior, ignoring society’s conventions, rules and laws, for themselves, and became the aggressor, so to speak, trying to use the COVER of “Media” to affect, and effect, their liberal political stance in local community interests – as though they had some RIGHT to do that unchecked.
Then Came Montana…
Then came Montana, where, in one fell swoop, the rules all changed, and Americans made a decision to react to MSM’s bad behavior abruptly, succinctly, with a strong message.
In Bozeman, Montana, on the eve of a Special Election for the US Congress one self-deluded “punk-ass” from an out-of-the-country, known to be screwball media source, got body-slammed to the floor when he ignored an American’s rightful request for he, the media person, to follow normal, legitimate procedures for an interview.
About time. In fact what I do not understand is why this punk-ass journalist was not arrested on the spot, and hauled off to a Montana jail where he could be stripped down, and de-loused with some strong chemicals and a fire hose.
Maybe next time…
Let’s Look at What Actually Happened…
Greg Gianforte had a professional campaign staff. That staff made arrangement for everything the campaign needed, including scheduling media interviews.
Those interviews were scheduled for specific times in specific PRIVATE places, with CONTROLLED ACCESS. Since the Montana election had attracted national interest there were a lot of those.
Donald J. Trump Jr made appearances for Gianforte, as did Vice President Mike Pence.
There would have to be ways to separate the public from the candidate for specific reasons. Doubt that? Try walking up to Hillary Clinton in a public place with your cellphone stuck out in front of you. At best you’ll have your arm broken…
Along comes punk-ass…
A private place was arranged for Greg Gianforte to be interviewed, in an organized manner, by the media on the eve of the election.
Key words – “Private Place.”
Punk-ass, without permission, enters the room and shoves a microphone in Greg’s face, demanding answers to questions, interfering with ongoing activities. In Montana this constitutes “Criminal Trespass,” punishable by jail time and fines.
Let’s look at the language of the law here:
45-6-203. Criminal trespass to property. (1) Except as provided in 15-7-139, 70-16-111, and 76-13-116, a person commits the offense of criminal trespass to property if the person knowingly:
(a) enters or remains unlawfully in an occupied structure; or
(b) enters or remains unlawfully in or upon the premises of another.
(2) A person convicted of the offense of criminal trespass to property shall be fined not to exceed $500 or be imprisoned in the county jail for any term not to exceed 6 months, or both.
(3) A person convicted of or who forfeits bond or bail for committing an act of criminal trespass involving property owned or administered by the department of fish, wildlife, and parks or while hunting, fishing, or trapping may be subject to revocation of the person’s privilege to hunt, fish, or trap in this state for up to 24 months from the date of conviction or forfeiture.
Shoving a microphone in Greg’s face, and disturbing an ongoing interview, constitutes, in Montana law “Disorderly Conduct.” punishable by jail time and fines.
Let’s look at the language of the law here:
45-8-101. Disorderly conduct. (1) A person commits the offense of disorderly conduct if the person knowingly disturbs the peace by:
(a) quarreling, challenging to fight, or fighting;
(b) making loud or unusual noises;
(c) using threatening, profane, or abusive language;
(d) rendering vehicular or pedestrian traffic impassable;
(e) rendering the free ingress or egress to public or private places impassable;
(f) disturbing or disrupting any lawful assembly or public meeting;
(g) transmitting a false report or warning of a fire or other catastrophe in a place where its occurrence would endanger human life;
(h) creating a hazardous or physically offensive condition by any act that serves no legitimate purpose; or
(i) transmitting a false report or warning of an impending explosion in a place where its occurrence would endanger human life.
(2) Except as provided in subsection (3), a person convicted of the offense of disorderly conduct shall be fined an amount not to exceed $100 or be imprisoned in the county jail for a term not to exceed 10 days, or both.
(3) A person convicted of a violation of subsection (1)(i) shall be fined an amount not to exceed $1,000 or be imprisoned in the county jail for a term not to exceed 1 year, or both.
The audio tape of the event is VERY CLEAR that an American citizen of Montana, Greg Gianforte, acting in a reasonable manner, following Montanag law, making it clear to “punk-ass,” in the manner proscribed by Montana’s “Criminal Trespass” section (a), to desist his illegal activity and LEAVE IMMEDIATELY.
It looks to me, like Gianforte, acting in a manner similar to America’s Founding Fathers, at great risk to himself, took the matter into his own hands, making a legitimate, and timely, “Citizen’s Arrest.”
According to Montana law – “Arrest By Private Person”
46-6-502. Arrest by private person. (1) A private person may arrest another when there is probable cause to believe that the person is committing or has committed an offense and the existing circumstances require the person’s immediate arrest. The private person may use reasonable force to detain the arrested person.
(2) A private person making an arrest shall immediately notify the nearest available law enforcement agency or peace officer and give custody of the person arrested to the officer or agency.
Wyoming, as we sit here, is carefully examining how a citizen’s arrest should unfold after a citizen confronted shoplifters, who tried to run him over, by firing several gunshots at them.
So, let’s Ask the Question Again…
“What I do not understand is why this punk-ass journalist was not arrested on the spot, and hauled off to a Montana jail where he could be stripped down, and de-loused with some strong chemicals and a fire hose?”
I did some research to try to find out any behind-the-scenes background data. Surprisingly, I found that contemporary American hero, and honored political philosopher, Rush Limbaugh, had already examined the situation, and succinctly summarized the story. Limbaugh had said:
“RUSH: We have Joe from Billings, Montana, leading off. Great to have you, sir. What’s up? How’s it happening?
CALLER: Rush, glad to talk to you. I’m on my way in a few minutes to vote out here, as a matter of fact. And I wanted to say that ,if every Republican candidate in the country picked up a reporter and threw him to the ground, it would increase my chances exponentially of voting for them.
RUSH: No kidding.”
A little later in the radio show it comes to this:
RUSH: But I’ll tell you what did happen. The only eyewitness reported that the manly and studly Gianforte grabbed this 125 pound Pajama Boy Millennial reporter for The Guardian by the neck and threw him to the ground like a dirty dishrag, and the American media erupted. This is unseemly, this is unacceptable, this is just what Trump would do, this is horrible. And they ran to condemn it, Gianforte a rotten, horrible guy.
And then a few hours later the eyewitness walked back the details. The eyewitness here is Fox News’ Alicia Acuna, and she, after a few hours under intense questioning admitted that she’s now not sure that she saw Gianforte grab the Pajama Boy by the neck. She saw his hands go up, but she can’t for sure say that his hands went around the little neck there of the guy. So she’s walking it back.
I’ve been watching CNN ever since and they haven’t mentioned the walk-back. CNN has not updated the story. As far as CNN viewers are concerned, nothing’s changed. The Republican candidate practically punched the guy out and sat on him, kept punching him some more, broke his glasses, and then told the guy to go to hell and get out and walked out of there. That’s the way CNN’s reporting it. That account has now been walked back by the only eyewitness. Now, Tom, before you go, have you voted?
CALLER: About a week ago, a mail-in, and I would vote for him 10 more times if I could.
RUSH: Right. We had a guy earlier today say he would go bankrupt donating Gianforte if he had to, but of course that would be illegal. You can’t give that much money to any one candidate, unless it’s the Clintons and their foundation, then there’s no limits. But, Tom, I appreciate the call.”
There were some words that raised my eyebrows in that radio interview…
What in the hell is/was a “125 pound Pajama Boy Millennial reporter for The Guardian?…”
Guardian Reporter Ben Jacobs is a ” 125 pound Pajama Boy Millennial?”
THAT ONE was worth looking up, and the photo below sums it up.
Photo is from Obama’s holiday campaign to promote ObamaCare. THIS is the Obama version of the American male – the Millennial.. The reaction to Obama’s ObamaCare promotion was HILARIOUS:
And VERY revealing about where liberal Democrats wanted to take American Society. As George Will points out:
And NOW We come to the CRUX of the Problem…
Obama talks about “thirty-four genders” for these people, and makes a big deal out of which bathroom, in whatever-phase-they-are-in-at-the-moment, they can use. Think of the logistics problem a Montana Sheriff would face arresting one of these. Montana isn’t San Francisco.
If you were the Montana Sheriff what jail would you put the “punk-ass” in? Men’s? Women’s? Jails are FULL of serious predators – both men and women. There are NO special bathrooms – and CERTAINLY no Special cells. Montana would be no exception.
A “punk ass” like the Guardian Reporter would last maybe ten minutes in jail “General Population.” Can you imagine the liberal media screeching if all that was left of a Ben Stern type in the morning was their teeth and their shoes?
But, Many Trump Supporters Have Already Figured Out the Solution…
When theMillennials decided to riot in the streets, blocking traffic, Trumpers just decided to drive over them, or knock them aside with their vehicles. Trump supporters have jobs, or want jobs, and they need to get places to do important things. Millennials hope Mom left them Starbucks money.
When the Millennials decided to attack Trump supporters legally marching with Permits, spraying them with Bear or Pepper Spray. Trumpers, the next time, simply responded with a small beating here and there, sending them home bruised and a little bloody.
So, what do WE do about obnoxious liberal Media Reporters?
(1) Adjust our personal mind sets:
(a) When thinking about MSM reporters imagine you are late for Church, and had to park across the City Park to get in the church door quickly. Rushing across that park you step in fresh, squishy, dog droppings – now what do you do? That’s Mainstream Media. Think about them in that way.
(b) You know those publications you see at supermarket check-out stands, telling you about the latest Elvis sightings? Well, MSM is no different from these publications, except that MSM will tell you that they personally interviewed Elvis, and he, ELVIS, knows that Donald Trump is a bad person because their Elvis saw Donald sleeping under a toadstool…
(c) MSM Reporters ALWAYS have the story pre-written except for blanks they need to fill in before they submit it back to their Editor. Why would you want to be the name put in the blank space?
(2) Stop treating MSM Reporters like they were relevant…
There is simply no sense to that. Unless you absolutely have to deal with one, deal ONLY with Alternative Media. There you will find honesty and integrity – and americans get their information about what is REALLY happening there.
(3) If an MSN Reporter starts to act like a homeless person, spitting and spewing hatred in your presence act accordingly.
It is the Millennials we REALLY need to Worry About…
Why? What we are looking at, with the Millennial, is clearly vaccine damage. Once we get access to the hidden Vaccine Safety Data (VSD) Link system, we can get to the bottom of what happened to them, and how.
After we get rid of the US Vaccine Program we, as a society, are going to have to FIX them. We’ll probably have to create some kind of modern day Peace Corp situation where we can group these people together for some supplementation, nutritional food, heavy psychological counseling, de-programming, and morality instruction, in an outdoor setting – like maybe building a wall along our Southern border.
Stay tuned…
Opinion by “Deplorable” Consumer Advocate Tim Bolen
Greg Gianforte is the congressman elect of Montana. This article is very confusing. Yes, Wyoming and Montana are in the west and their borders touch, but it doesn’t seem too difficult to keep the two straight in my opinion. I am no fan of the MSM, but all those who report, blog, etc. owe it to their readers to get the facts straight.
That’s a nice idea Tim. Set them to building walls – I suspect from their actions that a lot of these are severe Borderline cases. To heal themselves, borderliners need borders. What better way to help them than to get them to build a border.
Highly constructive idea.
Well done Tim.
Blessed be
Karma
Montana, Tim. Thanks.
wyoming? or montana?
When I read about Gianforte body slamming that reporter I knew he was going to win that election by a landslide.
When was the last time you saw a Montana boy wearing pajamas and sipping hot chocolate?
Colorado Gal:
While I was writing the story i was thinking about a nice wild place in Wyoming…
I like both States. Nice people. Right attitude.
i fixed it…
Tim Bolen
@ Tim Bolen: I just read this at 9:15 p.m. Mountain Time (I live in SD) and nothing in the article was “fixed”. It still read as though you couldn’t decide if you were talking about MT or WY. Also, you spelled Pence wrong. It is NOT spelled Pense. I keep telling people you need a proofreader and I’ve offered my services before!
But you’re right – – those are both great States, as is mine, and I enjoy visiting many of the towns and cities in both.
Progressives need to be thrown to the ground a few more times before they “get it”, apparently. Even British progressives!
