Hey Facebook! We’ve Got Alex Jones and Minister Farrakhan! How Do You Like Them Apples?

By Kent Heckenlively, JD

The cartoonist and political commentator Scott Adams often makes the point that you don’t realize how dishonest the media is about people until you find yourself the subject of their “fake news” reporting.

I understand the point as I have been the subject of media reporting for being banned from speaking in Australia.  Funny how none of the journalists called for a comment from me, or bothered to mention the two books I’ve published, PLAGUE and INOCULATED.

They don’t want me actually looking reasonable, do they?

And so we come to the Facebook ban of Alex Jones and Minister Louis Farrakhan.

I might be one of the few people able to comment at some level on both individuals.

Regarding Alex Jones, I’ve been impressed that his Infowars crew is about the only place in the media where you can get actual discussion about the dangers of vaccines.

I am close with some people who have regularly appeared on his shows, and got to talk to Alex myself for a few minutes recently about vaccines.  He even dedicated an entire hour and a half show to the recent measles hysteria.

Now, personally, I generally like a little calmer discussion than Jones normally provides.  But he’s about the only figure of his stature who is consistently bringing up challenging topics.

Long live Alex Jones and Infowars!

When I wrote my book, INOCULATED, it covered the admissions of top CDC scientist, Dr. William Thompson and the MMR (measles/mumps/rubella) shot.  While earlier administration was causing increased rates of autism in all children, the rates were particularly high in African-American males.

If we had an honest media…

…the headlines about these revelations would have been something like, “BIGGEST MEDICAL CRIME AGAINST AFRICAN-AMERICANS SINCE THE TUSKEGEE EXPERIMENTS!”

But of course, nothing like that happened.

In the course of writing INOCULATED, I ran up against the story of how Robert Kennedy, Jr. enlisted Minister Louis Farrakhan in his campaign to talk about vaccines.  The man who set this up was Minister Tony Mohammed, who is probably about the third highest figure in the Nation of Islam.

I spent about two hours interviewing Minister Tony about the situation and I have rarely met a more forthright and principled man.  When you find yourself misrepresented by the media you have to ask the question, who else gets misrepresented?

For example, I’m sure that few of you realize that a member of the Nation of Islam is not allowed to carry any weapons.

They believe truth should be their only weapon.  Members of the Nation of Islam are also encouraged to read widely and come to their own conclusions about reality.  Does that message ever get published about the Nation of Islam?

After listening to what Kennedy had to say about the MMR vaccine and black boys, Farrakhan dispatched Minister Tony on a nationwide tour of all the Nation of Islam mosques to spread this information.  I don’t know any leader of such stature who has acted with a greater sense of responsibility to his people on this issue than Minister Farrakhan.

With this as a background…

I was pleased to recently run across an interview Alex Jones did with Minister Farrakhan in 2016.  I encourage you to watch it.  I’m all about people reaching across the divide to find areas of common agreement.  If you have just listened to media accounts of Farrakhan, or Jones, I think you’ll be surprised.

If these two people who are supposed to represent the fringe of the left, and right, can sit together in an atmosphere of mutual respect and fellowship as two human beings trying to solve problems, why is Facebook trying to prevent us from seeing that such conversations are possible?

I think people need to be able to talk.

President Trump has now put together a web-site for those who feel they’ve been censored by the tech giants like Facebook.  Let’s share this article far and wide and see what happens.

  1. There is talk in Washington of breaking up Facebook into several parts (anti-trust) to remove control of it from the globalist conspirators. Good idea.

We could start by just asking president Trump to send all of their H-1B foreign workers home.

Zuckerberg wouldn’t be a BILLIONAIRE FOR LONG IF HE HAD TO PAY AMERICAN WORKERS AN HONEST WAGE.

  2. KENT –
Thank you for speaking out loud against the current campaign to silence debate.

These are dangerous times for those of us who advocate a totally free press. That is why each of us who believes in freedom of speech, MUST find our backbones and join you in voicing our protest.

I salute Rev. Farrakhan and Mr. Jones for their courage to speak their truth, some of which I find appalling, some I find worthy of fighting for.

America would not have become a country without a TOTALLY FREE PRESS and the ability for Thomas Paine and others to circulate their truth on the internet of their day – printed pamphlets.

    Paine once said…….

I have always strenuously supported the right of every man to his own opinion, however different that opinion might be to mine. He who denies another this right makes a slave of himself to his present opinion, because he precludes himself the right of changing it.

Thank you, Kent, for your courage!

  3. Wow! Maybe even Tim Bolen could stop demonizing ALL “Democrats” and start reaching across the divide. It would be useful to mention that a lot of Republicans are taking Big Pharma money too. Plenty of blame to go around and plenty of honest folks on both sides too.

  4. Say Kent, now that the Aussies have thrown out the previous elected traitors and gone for a more Trump-like govt, maybe you’ll not be forbidden to visit, eh? Are we winning yet?

  5. Roger – Facts are facts.

In the US ALL Democratic Party candidates for EVERY office want a one-size-fits-all, drugs, drugs, drugs, drugs, drugs, drugs, and more drugs with forced vaccinations for both children (74 vaccines) and adults (96 vaccines) health system.

They need to be close to Big-Pharma’s money ships – Starbucks coffee is getting more and more expensive.

Democrat leaders need glassy-eyed fully drug-dependent automatons to vote the way they want at the polls. People who can think for themselves don’t vote Democrat.

In the real world when a young man raised in a conservative environment comes of age he buys his own pickup…

In the real world when a young man raised in a liberal environment comes of age he buys his own makeup…

    Facts are facts…

  6. MJ, the government (Liberal party) in Australia has been re-elected. They are the ones who brought in No Jab No Pay Laws.

Unlike the US where, broadly, Republicans support vaccine choice and Democrats don’t, here in Australia both parties are loathsome on this issue – as are the Greens.

There are plenty of individuals (particularly in the Liberal and Greens parties) who are weary of vaccine coercion but whilst they probably have some say in their internal party meetings, they never say anything publicly.

The main difference is that, unlike the US, compulsory vaccination here would probably be deemed unconstitutional. How your Supreme Court managed to convince themselves of both Jacobsen vs Massachussetts (where they completely ignored the 4th Amendment) *and* Roe vs Wade (where they considered it so important that it extended to another person’s life) is beyond me, but precedent is critical for constitutional rulings.

I do wonder why Roe vs Wade can’t be used as precedent to overturn J vs M. Are there people more knowledgable on US constitution that can explain it?
