I have to hand it to CBS. They were able to capture, on Television, the true ESSENCE of quackbusterism, it’s REAL meaning, and the TRUTH of quackbuster existence.

In the second day of their special investigative report, CBS played the tape of little Bobbie Baratz, The PRESIDENT of the not-so-illustrious National Council Against Health Fraud (NCAHF) crying his heart out, sniveling, and sniffling his way through testimony (and life). Thank God we had the presence of mind to tape the TV show, for the laughter was SO contagious while viewing the show, it had to be replayed several times on VHS to get the full flavor of the event.
Never before, in the history of the war between the forces of GOOD, represented by the North American Health Freedom Movement, and the forces of EVIL, represented by the darkness of the quackbuster conspiracy, has the national media focused on the REAL problem – the organized assault against AltMed. This was a first.
CBS played the footage we gave them of quackpot, but Wisconsin Department of Regulation & Licensing (DRL), prosecutor Arthur Thexton bumbling his way through a hearing. Then they played the footage we gave them of another quackpot DRL prosecutor, James Polewski, bragging that he has “no supervision.”
Management at DRL was informed, months ago, about Polewski’s claims of autonomy in his prosecutions, and his membership in the notorious NCAHF. Their reaction? New DRL Department Head Donsia Strong Hill, says “What I inherited were a group of prosecutors who basically had functioned in the past with very little supervision over them or direction or even the establishment of priorities,” Strong Hill said. “We certainly have changed that.” Polewski has, since, terminated his membership in the NCAHF, which is currently operating out of the same address as its president, Bobbie Baratz’s hair removal and ear piercing salon in Braintree, Massachusetts.
The CBS affiliate, Channel 3 in Madison, Wisconsin is the most popular of TV stations in the State Capitol. Members of the Wisconsin Association for Health Freedom (WAHF), an organization formed to deal with the quackbuster assault on Wisconsin’s leading-edge health practitioners, ALERTED legislators to watch the two-day expose’. The Wisconsin Assembly Health Subcommittee had, earlier this year, listened to almost two hours of testimony, organized by WAHF leaders, concerning quackbuster attempts to shut down leading-edge health care in Wisconsin.
What’s next?
Next comes another meeting with the Wisconsin Assembly Health Subcommittee, arranged, again, by the leadership of the caring, powerful, and well motivated, WAHF. This time, in addition to the subpoena-ing of quackbuster prosecutors Arthur Thexton and James Polewski to answer legislator’s tough questions, the WAHF will present health professionals from all over the State of Wisconsin telling of their tales of torture at quackbuster prosecutor hands – and much, much, more we’ll surprise both the legislators, and the media, with.
The media, which the WAHF has been carefully nurturing in Wisconsin, will again, of course be covering the event. Was it all that hard to get the media to over the issues in Wisconsin? No, it wasn’t. Why? Because media people are adults, and as the National Science Foundation has pointed out, 88% of US adults believe in Alternative Medicine. It wasn’t hard to point out to media adults, 88% of which believe in AltMed, that there was “something rotten in Denmark.”
Stay tuned…
