Who Is It SPECIFICALLY That Is CENSORING America’s Use of The Internet…

Opinion by “Deplorable” Consumer Advocate Tim Bolen

Almost three quarters of the Silicon Valley tech workforce are foreign workers in the United States on a Green Card.  None of them are Caucasion or Judeo/Christian.  All of them come from countries that have hatred issues with America, and/or Judeo/Christianity, and what it stands for.  These are the people who recently blocked Americans from Social Media…

I believe this was all, very carefully, “arranged.”

Let’s send them all home…  And give those jobs to Americans.

Ever since the dazzling victory of America’s Hero Donald Trump November 8th, 2016, for the presidency of the United States, there has been a steady, and increasing, restriction of Social Media to those that elected him.

Lately, outright censorship befalls anyone who dares to deliver, or wants to receive, pro-Trump messages on Social Media.  This same situation exists for those that criticize vaccines, or suggest that something other than “drugs, drugs, and more drugs” is a better way of health care for Americans.

We need to investigate who is behind this outright attack on American thought, hunt them down, and deal with them…

So, we ask…

“Who Is It SPECIFICALLY That Is CENSORING America’s Use of The Internet…”

There is no doubt in my mind that this situation was created and planned by the Globalists with the intention of the ultimate destruction of America in mind.

I am about to show you the parts of the plot – and how they come together.

Let’s start with this just below…

The Mechanism…

There are two parts:  Let’s take them in order.

(1)  The CEO of Google, Sundar Pichai, is from India, a country that laughs at free speech – in fact it kills those that try for it.  The New York Times says in an article titled: “India’s Free Speech Impediments”:

INDIA is in the throes of what Salman Rushdie rightly calls a “cultural emergency.” Writers and artists of all kinds are being harassed, sued and arrested for what they say or write or create. The government either stands by and does nothing to protect freedom of speech, or it actively abets its suppression.

This year, the world’s largest democracy ranked a miserable 140th out of 179 countries in the Reporters Without Borders Press Freedom Index— falling nine places from last year. Today, Afghanistan and Qatar have a freer press than India.

In recent years, the government has cast a watchful eye on the Internet, demanding that companies like Google and Facebook prescreen content and remove items that might be deemed “disparaging” or “inflammatory,” according to technology industry executives there.

In November, police in Mumbai arrested a 21-year-old woman for complaining on Facebook about the shutdown of the city after the death of the nativist politician Bal K. Thackeray; another Facebook user was arrested for “liking” the first woman’s comment. The grounds for the arrests? “Hurting religious sentiments.”

Google is the parent company of YouTube – who is banning Americans as fast as possible.  Get the picture?

(2)  On January 17th, of 2018 (this year), The San Jose Mercury News revealed what I call “the mechanism” to destroy American Free Speech in an article titled:

“H-1B: Foreign citizens make up nearly three-quarters of Silicon Valley tech workforce, report says”

The administration of President Barack Obama and Google have enjoyed each other’s companies, as 258 employees have changed jobs between the two since Obama took office in 2009, Watchdog.org reported.

Three quarters of the Silicon Valley work force?  Yup – And none of these Green Card employees were raised in a country that believes in Free Speech – and NONE of them are Caucasian or Judeo/Christian…  And it is pretty obvious, from the Project Veritas video showing what happens at Twitter, that they consider themselves SUPERIOR to Americans.

An excerpt from the article says:

“About 71 percent of tech employees in the Valley are foreign born, compared to around 50 percent in the San Francisco-Oakland-Hayward region, according to a new report based on 2016 census data.

Immigrant techies tend to go to “the center of the action,” Seattle venture capitalist S. “Soma” Somasegar told the Seattle Times.

And Silicon Valley remains the “center of the tech universe,” according to the newspaper.

Beyond personal preferences, and the sheer number of companies in areas such as Silicon Valley and fast-growing Seattle, the financial resources of major technology firms also play a role in bringing in immigrants, the Seattle Times reported Wednesday.

Many foreign tech workers are employed under the controversial H-1B visa — intended for specialty occupations — which has become a flashpoint in the U.S. cage fight over immigration, with opponents claiming it lets foreigners steal American jobs. Several companies and UC San Francisco have been accused of abusing the visa program by using it as a tool to outsource Americans’ jobs to workers from far-away lands.”

Not only is this situation BAD for America, But This is a Disaster For American Citizen College Graduates…

Why?  We are talking about millions of jobs here.  An article in Forbes magazine titled…

60% Of College Grads Can’t Find Work In Their Field. Is A Management Degree The Answer?

“Sixty percent of U.S. college graduates cannot find a full-time job in their chosen profession, according to job placement firm Adecco. Dubbed Generation Jobless’, college graduates ages 24 and younger face an uncertain job future that, even with improving employment numbers, is only going to get more difficult if we continue to turn out graduates without what an Apple exec described as “the skills we need.” Career and job websites, such as Monster Worldwide, ostensibly exist to address the challenge, but, in practice, offer only generic resume-building tips and interview skills.

The needs of this job-seeking cohort are more granular. It is no longer sufficient to have quality undergraduate training in a specific area (say, journalism or architecture). Today’s employers can choose from candidates all over the globe. And what sets one applicant apart from another are skill sets that transcend one’s major or desired profession.”

American College Students Have Taken On a Student Loan Burden Equal to the Total GDP of Canada…

Since the Obama-Nation gave all of those tech jobs away to millions of foreigners, unfriendly to American thinking, and paid to bring them here, our college graduates have NO WAY to pay those loans back – the interest just keeps gathering.

A 2015 article in Quartz titled…

“American student loan debt has surpassed the GDP of Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland combined” says:

“The Federal Reserve of New York is worried about America’s student loans.

Its latest snapshot on borrowing shows that even though Americans have been working on shoring up their finances over the past few years, more people are falling behind on their student loans. The rate of delinquency and its impact on the US economy has reached a “concerning” level, according to Fed economists.

Until 2009, student loans in the US made up the smallest proportion of Americans’ household debt. That changed when Americans paid down their home and car loans during the recession but continued to borrow for school, even as tuition costs continued to rise. Just five years later, the $1.2 trillion in Americans’ outstanding student debt is higher than all other types of non-mortgage debt (mortgage debt, at $8.2 trillion, remains 69% of Americans’ total borrowing).

We have come to the point where “the rubber meets the road…”

This Story, and Unfortunately It Is True, Reads Like a Script From a BAD MOVIE…

There is NO QUESTION that this was arranged by the Globalists as a takeover of the United States.  We need to stop it all right now.

Yes, the solution needs to be harsh…

My guess is that Donald Trump already has someone on this.

In fact, Brad Pascale, Trump’s 2020 Campaign director has said “we are watching.”

As Senator Ted Cruz has pointed out, quite convincingly, FaceBook, Google, Youtube, and Twitter DEPEND on the Communication Decency Act sheilding them from legal liability.

“Cruz told a YouTube representative that if the platform did not remain politically neutral, they could lose legal immunity for user content under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. Without this protection, social media companies would be legally liable for all content posted on their platforms – an existential threat to their business model.”

So, what are we waiting for?

(1)  Let’s just have our DOJ declare YouTube to be in violation of  Section 230 – and JOIN IN on the thousands of lawsuits – driving YouTube into financial desperation.

(2)  If they were at all like me they’d be reading inter-company emails, memos, etc. deciding who the targets were, as described in the James Damore lawsuit..  Then on a predetermined day send in ICE, grabbing all the GREEN CARD holders who were engaging in American bashing – and just send them home – right then.  Have a bus to the airport waiting in the parking lot.

(3)  Institute hiring practices that ensure that American values are foremost.  Eliminate hiring those that cannot identify which bathroom to use.

(4)  Force the Social Media companies to relocate outside of “The People’s Republic of California…

(5)  Force non-discrimination rules on Social Media companies with criminal charges if employees do not comply.

I think we are getting ready to do all, or most, of that very soon.

Stay tuned…

  1. Silicon Valley is barely scratching the surface of the tech treachery… look at the class pictures of medical residency programs… and tell me why all these specialists are not the kids of the people around you….

…and while you’re at it, look at which specialties are primarily the white anglo appearing candidates… and notice that those are the specialties that require the doctors to sacrifice their time and energy to save patients in dire need, around the clock…

…whereas the population of chronic disease doctors who only work 9-5 and service primarily the outback rural hospitals where people don’t have the choice of who to save them, are predominately 3rd world… and what areas of medicine are so totally corrupted with drugs that mostly failed the lab rats but are unpronouncedly profitable to the drug companies that favor financial support for the medical training… chronic disease…..

Too bad the clues on who organized the globalism takeover of American wealth and wellbeing are missing this piece of the puzzle…… ttyl and thanks for finding the exit-door for the tech green-card anti-free-speech perps, maybe their ‘american-hating-associates’ in the rest of the planned demise of graduate education and its jobs will find it less socially collaboratively profitable to stay around, as we have seen in court testimony (malpractice cases) that lab and hospital job announcements get forwarded to foreign workers frequently even earlier than they are officially posted…

  2. I happen to be familiar w/someone who works w/H-B visas. In a nutshell, here is what this person says:

These people need to read the articles more closely – first line in second paragraph states (regarding one article about the H-B visa issue):

“About 71 percent of tech employees in the Valley are foreign BORN, compared to around 50 percent in the San Francisco-Oakland-Hayward region, according to a new report based on 2016 census data.”

Note that this says “foreign born”, which does not mean “on an H-1B visa” – it’s possible for someone born in another country to (a) become a U.S. citizen or (b) lawfully work in the U.S. without a visa (e.g. if someone from say, the U.K., was the spouse of a U.S. citizen).

With reference to an article written by The Seattle Times:

“The Seattle Times did not include in its report a breakdown for Silicon Valley of how many FOREIGN-BORN tech workers are U.S. citizens, VERSUS VISA HOLDERS.”

The person I am referring to, is, as I’ve indicated, familiar with H-B visas. He has worked on lots of deals (he is an attorney) where they see an actual list of employees and transfer of immigration rights to a buyer is an issue when one company buys another one . He states he has never, ever seen a transaction where more than just a small percentage (10-15%) of U.S. employees are on a visa. He would guess that plenty ARE foreign born citizens or permanent lawful residents, but that’s not the focus of these articles.

He also states that it is EXTREMELY difficult to bring in these foreign immigrants on these type visas. The rules/guidelines for these type of transactions, he states, are extremely complicated (not to mention the entire procedure is very expensive).

Not at all saying that, in some cases, the rules/laws applicable as such are violated in some of these instances, but overall, the above is what he states to be true.

  3. *I am referring to an article (East Bay Times) which wrote about the H-B issue awhile ago. I can link to it, but one can easily find it by simply googling the article re H-1B issue.

Most of the articles were a sort of click bait re this issue, but the person I am referring to — again — actually WORKS with many, many H-B issues and knows what he’s talking about.

  4. Just for the record, Bolen was specifically pointing to the computer industry, not to your lawyer’s ‘general’ experience, which as it turns out is thoroughly mistaken about the computer scene.

Case in point, the ‘unique corruption’ that Bolen was pointing at, is hinted at in the report on H1B’s BY INDUSTRY… that talley shows an astounding 335,000 H1Bs in 2016 in the ‘computer design and related services’ industry.

AND that computer systems design and related services figure is TEN TIMES the next largest industry using H1Bs and in fact is more than the next HUNDRED industries TOTALED.

So I suggest that I don’t believe the lawyer has a grasp on the issue Bolen raised.

And in fact, there’s a whole separate game that is played by the computer industry. Namely the updating game, where it is cheaper to go through the turnover in staff because the management has chosen a ‘new’ language requirement. Much cheaper than retirement benefits for committing to existing staff. Even with the hassles of H1B demanding from govt authorities….. Which is compounded because the universities are never investing in the ‘next’ language so the students are wasting their tuition and expenses because they will graduate with nothing to snag one of the wildly rolling turnover and new jobs in an industry with ‘bigger ideas’ than practical…

The ‘smart’ money in job training was dumping college and taking a stab at picking one of the industry training courses and hoping that one flies. Majorly, that gamble has been the province of young men, much more than young women whose numbers show they stick with college, hence…… ttyl

  5. I think that the so-called “Social Media” companies are a run-away train throttling forwards with NO examination of its social or economic consequences. It’s like a group of children got loaded up on excess sugar and found out how to start the train engine.

We, as a society, need to climb aboard, pull back the throttle, and hit the brakes.

In research for these articles about what is going on inside Social Media I found that NONE of the big tech companies gave any thought what-so-ever to the infrastructure they were putting a strain on. $3,684 per month for a one-bedroom apartment in Mountain View, CA ? Americans living in motor homes on side streets?

All this so Google and FaceBook’s stock could go up another notch?

Nope – shut it all down. Break them all up. Force relocation of the remnants out of “The People’s Republic of California” to place where the local governments actually PLAN for industry.

    Tim Bolen

  6. @MJ Raichyk,

This is not an area I’ve researched much (if at all), so bear with me here. Are you referring to VISA issue, rather than those foreign born (and here legally) when you refer to the HB issue in your comment?

Also, is this what you were referencing:

    https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/USCIS/Resources/Reports%20and%20Studies/Immigration%20Forms%20Data/BAHA/h-1b-2007-2017-trend-tables.pdf

The legal issues this attorney is speaking of, DOES in fact, include any and all business deals with Silicon Valley techs, including those in the computer field. In fact, what was stated to me are that the issues surrounding the hiring of these individuals is so complex that it requires the expertise of one attorney in particular who fields the issues/questions surrounding the hiring issues of those involved.

The hiring issues for those involved, I am told, is actually very complex in a legal sense. My information comes from a source who, on a daily basis, works extensively on deals which involve this issue.

So – please – do fill me in if I am mistaken.

  7. My source for the google search “h1b visas by industry” was this…
Top H1B Visa Sponsor by NAICS Industry : 2016 H1B Visa Reports …
    https://www.myvisajobs.com/Reports/2016-H1B-Visa-Category.aspx?T=IN
The above report lists the top 100 NAICS Industry submitted by US emplloyer in fiscal year 2015. The H1B Visa Petitions is the number of Labor Condition Application(LCA) for H1B Visa. . The number includes new, renew and transfer of LCA. The Average Salary is the average proffered salary on LCA or Form 9035.
    ———-
That was the top listing, and the one below it said that more than 50% of silicon valley are foreign workers……. so the trade off of ditching workers before they earn pensions is peanuts compared to the cost of pensions… plus the salary data looks like the h1bs are a lower salary, being at the bottom of the pyramid yet talented… and the industry can bench them when the workload slows and work them majorly overtime when the workload is high, and h1bs are constrained from speaking against those conditions…

history lessons in ‘immigrant’ sweatshops…. Eric Schmidt likely learned the trick.

  8. Here is a fairly good website which outlines procedures and regulations for hiring those who wish to obtain an H-1B status. Please note #9, which states, in part:

“The cap refers to the limit of H-1B visas allowed per federal fiscal year (FY). A fiscal year begins on October 1st and ends on September 30th of the following year. Current regulations set the cap at 65,000 H-1B visas for the entire country. Applications are accepted at the USCIS on a first-come, first-serve basis. To check the latest cap count please visit the USCIS website.”

So yes – just as I have been told, the procedures regarding the hiring of these individuals are really pretty complex, and dare I say most likely more complex than is the information stated in this article.

  9. When big corporations have teams of lawyers, those regulations are busy work, that gets the corporations a major downshift in payroll expense, plus a major reduction in pension benefits. Surely you are not so blind as to think that the number needed to count is just the number allowed for one year, are you? The data by industry is the full picture, including renewals etc.

    Goolag’s helpful Truth Ministry says…
How Long Does It Last? A worker with a H-1B visa can remain in the US for up to six years. It is initially for three years but can be extended for an additional three years.
    AND this:
In limited circumstances, H1B visa status can be extended beyond 6 years if: The foreign national is the beneficiary of an approved I-140 petition.

  10. @MJ (or Tim),

One last comment regarding the above:

One, as regards the ‘pensions’ re H-1B’s above: Pensions are no longer the norm for most companies these days; 401-K’s are the norm now. A few so-called ‘smokestack’ companies might still be offering pension plans, but that’s a relative few. SO – employees are paying for their ‘retirement’ via 401-K’s, w/matching contributions from their employer.

Two, the graph MJ directed me to is something that I’m not familiar with (and neither is the attorney I was speaking of), but he tells me that the compensation figures which were shown on that graph must come from google (or some other ‘guesstimate’ source). Frankly, he explained to me that these type salaries ARE NOT PUBLISHED, ergo that graph isn’t really of much use overall.

Also, and rather unfortunately, these days if one is employed in our work force today, generally speaking we are ALL treated rather unfairly for the most part; you no longer see the employee loyalty you once did from past years gone by. The bottom line is THE most important factor for any company/work force today, no matter what level you may find yourself working on. You may receive top compensation/salary, but if you don’t cut it, or your hours just aren’t there due to economic downfall, out you go. So it’s not just the H-1B’s who suffer (and I’m not saying they don’t to a degree), but overall, employee loyalty is out the door.

But you’re right on one point Tim – the rental price for a one bedroom apartment in Mountain View is definitely far, far above what we used to see say some 20 plus years ago out here in CA (where we live). It IS insanely expensive to live in California, but if one does their due diligence when researching the cost of living issue in this country, you will find (to my best knowledge) that overall, the Washington D.C. area if far more costly, and the east coast as well tops California in that regard.

You definitely need a high income and/or a double income to live decently out here in CA (and in other areas of the country).

  11. Here is a comment from another mom that lives and works in the Bay Area and has a first hand experience with H1-B process! The company I’ve been working for is big and has lots of employees that are either on H1-B visa or have been originally hired on a visa and had acquired permanent resident or even citizen status since.
I just went through the list of all the people working on my team and counted their status. Here are the results:
1 – citizens (born in USA)
4 – permanent residents/citizens that originally came to USA/company on an H1-B visa
    12 – current H1-B visa holders
5 – other visa holders (students on interships)
    1 – unknown
I would say the same ratios would be found throughout the rest of the company, at least when it comes to engineering jobs.

The process of obtaining visas and work permits, and doing permanent residency application is outsourced to an external legal firm. They were handling filing the paperwork and contacted me and my manager as needed. From my end all I had to do was fill out forms several times over many years and travel to my home country every 3 years when I needed new visa sticker in my passport. I collected 3 before obtaining permanent resident status.
From what I remember the only time when it mattered whether someone needed a visa or not was during the 2008-2010 recession when job openings were few and there was lots of applicants. Right now nobody involved in hiring cares about immigration status (diversity is the new name of the game!) and most (if not all) of the new hires in my team require a visa which they always get. I have no idea how complicated is the process from a legal standpoint, but I have never seen or even heard of anyone who’s H1-B application was unsuccessful.

And just a comment about cost cutting – the way it has been done in the company I work for it to have a periodic lay-offs just for the purpose of short term cost cutting and increasing share values. Targeted employees are usually older and more experienced people who are then replaced by new college graduates once company starts hiring again several months after the layoffs. I believe cost of getting a visa is much less than ~$100k a year that company saves by replacing higher paid experienced employee with someone fresh from school. I saw that pattern repeating 3-4 times in the last 12 years that I’ve been here.
