Releasing “a virus book” in the middle of a global pandemic is either really good, or really bad planning…
Yes, like every writer I have an enormous ego and believe the fate of the world rests on what I’m concerned about.
But the events of the past few days have been absolutely ridiculous. Even my ego never imagined this scenario.
The day before PLAGUE OF CORRUPTION was released I was noting that Amazon was showing only one hardcover book available. I quickly emailed my publisher, because last week they told me they were printing a second edition, anticipating a big run on the book because pre-orders had been so strong.
I also knew there were some fixes you could do on Amazon if the books ran out, like shuffling books in the system, maybe a link for them to order the book, and informing them it might take a week or two to receive it. My publisher said they’d do the best they could.
When I started to hyper-ventilate about all of this, I recalled the words of my publicist, who said that because of world events, this book was “evergreen,” meaning it would be relevant for a long time. Each time a glitch came up, I just whispered to myself, “Evergreen, evergreen, this book is evergreen!”
On the day of release I saw Amazon was struggling to keep up, sometimes showing three hardcover books, then nine, then one, and finally at the end of the day it all crashed and it said there were no books available, and they didn’t know when or if they would get any additional copies.
When I emailed my publisher, they said Amazon was acting funky, and our distributor, Simon and Schuster, was trying to get the work order expedited.
And of course, on the night of the book release, my coauthor, Dr. Judy Mikovits and I were scheduled to go on Coast to Coast AM with George Noory, with an audience of two million listeners.
What was I supposed to tell them?
Of course, I told them they could still get the Kindle version of the book on Amazon, and there was also Barnes & Noble, which had a number of hard copies.
The interview with George Noory went great, and it seemed as if times he was literally jumping out of his skin over the revelations by Dr. Judy Mikovits. Specifically, she was taking direct aim at Dr. Tony Fauci, whom we both consider to be one of the most destructive people in science.
When I checked Amazon the next morning PLAGUE OF CORRUPTION (Kindle version) was #1 in Virology, and our previous book, PLAGUE was #2. Does it get much better than that?
Then people started emailing me that all hardcover copies were gone on Barnes & Noble, online. Oh well, there’s always that Nook from Barnes & Noble.
Let me say it again: I’m sorry! I’m sorry! I’m sorry!
My publisher is working as hard as they can to get the Amazon link fixed so people can at least order the book, knowing they’ll get it in a week or two.
I know it will happen SOON, but I can’t tell you WHEN.
However, on the positive side, that means several thousand of you have already bought the book, and either have it in your hands right now, or you will in a day or two.
Please, please, please, read at least some of it in the next week and put a review on Amazon. Yesterday I got my first Amazon review. It read, “Thank you for writing this book. I am proud of Americans like you.”
I’m expecting the imminent arrival of the troll army (although their paymasters may be withholding coin), so I’d really like to have a battalion of reviews to face them. Try to match the brilliance and eloquence of my first reviewer, but a little more sugar, please! (I spent eighteen months on the book. More than two short sentences!)

This book left me standing in awe of the brave scientists Judy Mikovits and her colleague and friend Frank Ruscetti, the discoverer of the first human disease causing retrovirus HTLV-1 with whom she worked together for now 37 years. May God protect them from the vicious forces that have killed so many doctors and scientists who dared to uncover their crimes and speak out.
Go and buy this book, give it to your doctors and to everyone who still believes that the powers that be only have our best interests at heart! It is a wake up call for everybody to say NO and finally stand up against the destructive powers and their corrupt systems.
This book is – given the complexity of the science – easy to read. You will laugh at times about the absurdity of it all and the undestroyable humor of the two authors. And it will leave your raging against the corruption in science and politics. Surely the last chapter will leave you in tears as it did with me.
What a great thing! A sell out! This is heartening.
I’m seeing on social media, that the ex-vaxxer, or anti-vaxxer, or whatever negative name calling we use is not as obscure as it was. We really need a better description, or label. It needs to be positive, in the way, being called a Pro-Lifer sounds so much better than anti-abortion, or anti-choice.
What makes me want to cheer is that even my Catholic brothers and sisters are finally taking notice. I was frustrated by the lack of Catholic voice and position on this issue. Now, because of COVID, people are stepping out and questioning the powers that be, W.H.O., NIH, and the notorious microsoft leader. I always think of the verse, Mark 4:22: For there is nothing hidden except to be made visible; nothing is secret except to come to light.”
