Long Beach Health Freedom 2011 Expo Huge Success…

Opinion by Consumer Advocate Tim Bolen

About 500 attendees for the George Noory panel

Last weekend I was at the Long Beach Health Freedom Expo.  The place was packed for three days.  Any quackbuster attending had to be completely intimidated.  For when I say that the “health freedom movement outnumbers them 100,000 to 1,” here, they got a practical application of what I’m talking about.

The photo to the left was taken during radio host “Coast-to-Coast” George Noory’s panel discussion in the ballroom.  But, keep in mind that there were THREE radio show hosts at this event.  There were always multiple things, multiple lectures, etc., going on. Walking down the hallways it became obvious that virtually all of the speakers were well attended.

Clinton Ray Miller did, of course, start off the event, at 10:00AM Friday, and he set the tone for what was to come.  Immediately after Clinton’s lecture the choices began, and attendees had to pick which speakers they wanted to hear, or which panel they wanted to catch.

At 11:00AM there were four choices, and the largest attended was the Nuclear Radiation Fallout panel hosted by Cary Harrison, KPFK Public Radio personality.Clinton Ray Miller did, of course, start off the event, at 10:00AM Friday, and he set the tone for what was to come.  Immediately after Clinton’s lecture the choices began, and attendees had to pick which speakers they wanted to hear, or which panel they wanted to catch.

Amazingly, for a Friday, the attendance was picking up fast, and the hallways were crowded all of the time.  More, the Exhibition floor, on Friday, was already well attended.  it stayed that way all weekend – lectures doing well, and people everywhere.

I liked this Long Beach venue better than last year.  The building was nicer, and the rooms, to me, had better sound quality.

During all three days the Exhibition hall was full of people.  Show management has the common sense to provide meeting areas with tables and a lunch bar.

There were seven rows of booths this year.  There were so many people it was hard to say hello to everybody I know, and spend more than a few minutes with each.  There were so many meetings going on, between interest groups, it was exhausting.

I took a lot of photos, but I won’t torture you with them.  Below, however, is a short series many of you will find interesting.
