Court Awards $2.5 Million to Vaccine Critic Dr. Mark Geier…

We all know that small victories herald the larger victories to come.

We also know that when we talk about “Medical Boards,” we’re really talking about the stalking horses for pharma.  These are where the great battles are truly fought, among relatively small groups of people, having an enormous impact on the rest of us.  The good things are killed in the dark, away from the prying eyes of the public.

From the work I did covering the Autism Omnibus Hearings, and my later work detailed in the book, INOCULATED: How Science Lost its Soul in Autism, it’s clear that if the CDC whistle-blower, Dr. William Thompson had just a little more courage, or if Dr. Frank De Stefano or the head of the CDC at that time, Dr. Julie Gerberding were really interested in public health, we would be living in a completely different world with much more hope for our children.

That’s why the recent news that Dr. Mark Geier, one of the truly courageous people involved in the Autism Omnibus Hearing who was unfairly sidelined, had won a $2.5 million dollar suit against the Maryland Board of Physicians, is so deeply satisfying.

As reported in The Washington Post,“But the regulators who stripped Geier’s credentials are now in the hot seat, ordered to each personally pay tens of thousands of dollars in damages by a judge who says the board abused its power in an attempt to humiliate the doctor and his family.”  (“Regulators Who Targeted Anti-Vaccine Doctor May Pay Million for Humiliating Him,” By Fenit Nirappil, The Washington Post, February 3, 2018)

That’s really got to annoy the “skeptics,” or the pharma-mafia cheiftans like Dr. Paul Offit or Tony Faucci.  They never liked lawyers to begin with, which is why people like them spear-headed the removal of lawyers from vaccine liability with the passage of the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act.

But justice is slowly finding its way back.  Just ask all those sexually harassing Congressmen who are suddenly deciding not to run for re-election because they want to “spend more time with their families.”  If you believe that explanation I’ve got a story to tell you about the Easter Bunny laying candy eggs.

How hard did the judge slap the Maryland Board of Physicians?

“But Montgomery County Circuit Court Judge Ronald B. Rubin sided with the Geiers, awarding them $2.5 million in damages.  He called the order a significant breach of medical privacy and accused the board and its staff of failing to preserve emails related to the case and pleading ignorance about the order on the witness stand.”

“If their testimony were to be believed, which the court does not, it is the worst case of collective amnesia in the history of the Maryland government and on par with the collective memory failure on display at the Watergate hearings,” Rubin wrote in a December opinion.

“He ordered 14 board appointees, the board’s lead attorney and the lead investigator on the Geier case to pay half of the damages out of their own pockets, between $10,000 and $200,000 apiece, depending on their net worth.”

I have NEVER heard of a case of government abuse in which the judge ordered the officials involved to pay personally for the damage from their own pockets.  Usually it’s the taxpayers left footing the bill.

But what the officials of the Maryland Board of Physicians did was not in pursuit of the people’s business.  It was for PHARMA profit.

Let that be a lesson for the anti-vax community.  We are no longer the hunted.  We are going to be the hunters.  And the judgment against the Maryland Board of Physicians is just the first of many bad guys we are going to bag.  I think the Trump administration is getting ready to ride, and they are going to want to take some scalps for the terrible damage inflicted on our children.

We are never going to stop.

Consider this fact.  YOU have hurt our children.  It doesn’t matter how much money you throw at our politicians, how much you pay off the media, or whatever dark psychological magic you use to convince our friends and family we are crazy.

I think some of the REALLY BIG BAD GUYS, like Drs. Julie Gerberding, Frank De Stefano, and Tony Faucci, should be preparing themselves for the STORM we are going to unleash on them.

I hear there are some vacancies in Guantanamo.  We’ll probably have to put you there for your safety when the American public learns of your unspeakable crimes.

  1. The Geiers are true American heroes Engrave their names in gold on the white marble wall of the Museum of Autism, which perhaps must be renamed the Museum of Vaccine Injury. Many thanks to Kent for telling us the start truth in black and white. Its so easy to hear about autism day in and day out and forget the severe suffering of the autistic kids and their parents. Even in the autism world, Mark and David Geier were not always well known. A parent , obsessed with recovering his own suffering child, may not spare much thought for those who fight to prevent the Vaccine Holocaust. Today, let all autism blogs and websites rise as one to salute the Geiers and this wise judge, who has upheld the best traditions of legal justice. These are people who make us proud to be Americans.
I was around nearly two decades ago when the New York Times wrote a long article trashing the Geiers. They have suffered for a long, long time, but they stood steadfast for the sake of our American children. They knew that science was on their side. Read that in their dignified faces.
Please, could someone write an account of their lives, work and heroism, for every autism parent to know who stood by them in the search for the truth of autism. Kent, lets celebrate these great men’s deeds before moving on to what we know we must do: Stop the Holocaust , Let light shine on the truth and let evil doers who supported vaccine manufacturers over the health of children be known by all for their self-serving crimes.

  2. Kent, I’m squeaking from here the land of Down-under as we are really pressed here deep down-under. Should we take this victorious good news as may also be a token of hope for us too, oppressed, bullied, persecuted parents and grandparents by the corrupt government the Prime minister and his mob with the coward and arrogant medical establishment, who have no greater joy, than to maim even to kill our most precious children just to enrich themselves, for their lust of greed is un-satisfiable. I have great trust in the justice of the Universe, but alas evil men will hardly come to his senses unless by Divine punishment but till then we have to suffer. It is heart warming to hear the Geiers’s victory at last. They did so much in our behalf and we are really thankful for their persistence. Thank you too for bringing this good news to our attention. Also it was nice to hear too the dirty business, being discovered at the CDC top management level. Should we keep our fingers cross about the Thompson affair? Oh and by the way, here in Australia Medical professionals who dare to speak up against the dangers of vaccines, are facing prosecution, with 10 years of imprisonment. This is the Might of the Big Pharma. We who made our homework are adamant and can not be intimidated. Justice will, it must come eventually. Keep up the good fight mate!

  3. As you know Mr. Boleyn, my daughter was caught in the crossfire of this witch hunt when her medical record was stolen by the Maryland Board without my knowledge or consent and my daughters intimate medical information published online. My daughter has never received justice for what was done to her by the Board. Dr. Geier is a noble, wonderful, stoic man with integrity like few others. I celebrate his victory and hope someone will take on my daughter’s breech of privacy by making them accountable to her and our family.
